¿Qué esperamos de ti?
Como Head of Key Account Management , serás responsable de liderar la estrategia de crecimiento dentro de nuestra base de clientes. Tu foco estará en maximizar el valor comercial de cada cuenta activa , a través de iniciativas de cross-selling, upselling y gestión estratégica de cuentas clave , trabajando estrechamente con Customer Success, Producto y Revenue Operations.
A nivel técnico es indispensable que tengas:
+5 años de experiencia en ventas B2B o account management en empresas SaaS o tech, con foco en crecimiento dentro de clientes.
Experiencia liderando equipos comerciales y escalando procesos en entornos de rápido crecimiento.
Enfoque muy analítico y orientado a negocio, con sensibilidad hacia la experiencia del cliente.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, negociación y desarrollo de relaciones a largo plazo.
Dominio de español e inglés (valorable otros idiomas).
Familiaridad con herramientas CRM y métricas de revenue (HubSpot, Salesforce, Looker, etc.).
¿Qué vas a hacer en Sesame?
Diseñar e implementar la estrategia global de expansión dentro de clientes (cross-sell y upsell).
Liderar y hacer crecer el equipo de KAMs en distintos mercados.
Crear procesos escalables de gestión de cartera y oportunidades comerciales dentro de cuentas activas.
Desarrollar segmentación de cuentas, estrategias de nurturing y modelos de forecasting específicos para expansión.
Colaborar con CSMs para identificar oportunidades, pero manteniendo enfoque en crecimiento (no soporte ni retención).
Coordinar con Marketing para impulsar campañas orientadas a expansión y generación de demanda interna.
Medir, analizar y optimizar KPIs como tasa de expansión, MRR incremental, Net Revenue Retention (NRR), etc.
Alinear la estrategia de KAM con objetivos globales de revenue y con otras áreas del equipo ejecutivo.

Estamos buscando al nuevo fichaje estrella para nuestro equipo como Head of Key Account Management .
Somos Sesame HR, la solución digital que ayuda a equipos de Recursos Humanos, managers y empresas a optimizar los procesos de gestión de personal, centralizándolos en una sola plataforma.
¿Qué esperamos de ti?
Como Head of Key Account Management , serás responsable de liderar la estrategia de crecimiento dentro de nuestra base de clientes. Tu foco estará en maximizar el valor comercial de cada cuenta activa , a través de iniciativas de cross-selling, upselling y gestión estratégica de cuentas clave , trabajando estrechamente con Customer Success, Producto y Revenue Operations.
A nivel técnico es indispensable que tengas:
+5 años de experiencia en ventas B2B o account management en empresas SaaS o tech, con foco en crecimiento dentro de clientes.
Experiencia liderando equipos comerciales y escalando procesos en entornos de rápido crecimiento.
Enfoque muy analítico y orientado a negocio, con sensibilidad hacia la experiencia del cliente.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, negociación y desarrollo de relaciones a largo plazo.
Dominio de español e inglés (valorable otros idiomas).
Familiaridad con herramientas CRM y métricas de revenue (HubSpot, Salesforce, Looker, etc.).
¿Qué vas a hacer en Sesame?
Diseñar e implementar la estrategia global de expansión dentro de clientes (cross-sell y upsell).
Liderar y hacer crecer el equipo de KAMs en distintos mercados.
Crear procesos escalables de gestión de cartera y oportunidades comerciales dentro de cuentas activas.
Desarrollar segmentación de cuentas, estrategias de nurturing y modelos de forecasting específicos para expansión.
Colaborar con CSMs para identificar oportunidades, pero manteniendo enfoque en crecimiento (no soporte ni retención).
Coordinar con Marketing para impulsar campañas orientadas a expansión y generación de demanda interna.
Medir, analizar y optimizar KPIs como tasa de expansión, MRR incremental, Net Revenue Retention (NRR), etc.
Alinear la estrategia de KAM con objetivos globales de revenue y con otras áreas del equipo ejecutivo.
