**Cosa cerchiamo in te:**
- Laurea in Economia, Marketing, Comunicazione o discipline affini.
- Almeno 4 anni di esperienza in ruoli di sviluppo commerciale o business development, preferibilmente nel settore food & beverage di alta gamma.

Per incrementare il nostro reparto commerciale cerchiamo quattro nuove figure commerciali. La figura dovrà occuparsi di individuare le aziende in target con i prodotti offerti, aprire la relazione con i prospect e gestire la negoziazione per la proposta commerciale. L'ambito in cui opera il nostro sales manager è l'area della consulenza organizzativa in ambito di psicologia relazionale e clima organizzativo. Nel particolare l’attività di Prospecting verterà sulla proposta di una innovativa piattaforma per la misurazione delle Soft Skill e degli Stili Professionali. Il Sales Manager avrà a disposizione dei “free access” da utilizzare in trattativa per far provare la piattaforma al Prospect.
Sarà elemento valutativo l’aver già praticato attività di vendita telefonica in ambito “Risorse Umane".
Dopo un periodo iniziale di due mesi sono previsti rimborsi spese, anticipi su contratti siglati e incentivi per il raggiungimento degli obiettivi prefissati. L’esperienza sarà la base della successiva formazione tecnica prevista per l’inserimento.

Rosewood Rome is currently casting for a Sales Manager, to acquire, grow and retain selected accounts/customers to maximize the total hotel revenue potential for the hotel. The job involves the qualification and prospecting of new business and the nurturing and growth of existing accounts across defined market segments.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- To understand the nature of the competitive market, to research and compile intelligence on selected markets and accounts so us to understand the buying behavior of customers and the criteria for hotel selection;
- To be extremely well versed in the facilities and benefits of Rosewood Rome as they apply to individual market segments. To tailor sales presentation based on a close understanding of customer preferences and corporate variables that influence the client priorities;
- To determine the key players in a corporate account and to identify the role that each member plays in the purchasing process and to adopt an account strategy that maximizes the potential revenue conversion for Rosewood Rome;
- To be fully conversant with all business units within the hotel and be comfortable in presenting the core unique selling propositions for each unit;
- To plan sales call activity to optimize revenue conversion based on key selling priorities determined and agreed with the Director of Sales & Marketing;
- Present individual sales strategy to MD as part of quarterly personal business plan;
- To attend tradeshows, sales roadshows, sales training, and sales events in accordance with Rosewood Rome Sales and Marketing plan and based on the direction of the Director of Sales and Marketing;
- To act as a positive role model and ambassador of Rosewood Rome in keeping with company standards and expectations;
- To adhere to grooming standards as determined by the Director of Sales and Marketing and hotel policy;
- To capture timely and relevant customer data in appropriate Sales databases and to ensure data integrity is in accordance with Rosewood Rome data capture standards;
- To attend and participate in regular sales meetings to update associates and management on the current status of sales account activity;
- To present weekly and monthly sales account reports to the Director of Sales and Marketing that accurately reflect sales account management and the performance of designated accounts;
- To contribute to the Sales and Marketing Plan by supplying relevant data on market conditions, changes in account dynamics, new business development and sales retention;
- To share important account updates with members of the hotel team including other departments so that key personnel have important feedback on the current status of accounts;
- All other duties relevant to the successful management of key accounts.
- Comply and adhere to the Rosewood company policies;
- Take on other tasks in addition to the ones stated, in a reasonable framework;
- Be a “brand ambassador” at all times and ensure brand integrity and clarity are always maintained;
- Model the company’s culture, vision, mission, and core values at all times;
- Takes a proactive approach to management of the department, anticipating potential opportunities;
- Maintain effective communication within the department and ensure that the department manager is kept well informed of any problems/queries that have arisen;
- To liaise with other departments to ensure good communication and offer support;
- While at work, (and while on work premises) an associate shall;
- Take reasonable care of their own health and safety;
- Take reasonable care of the health and safety of a person and the workplace, that may be affected by their acts or omission at work;
- Report to immediate supervisor any situation which they have reason to believe could present a hazard and which they cannot themselves correct.
- A combination of education and relevant field experience;
- Knowledge of budget preparation and control;
- Several years of experience in a similar capacity;
- A proven track record of working well on their own initiative and as part of a Team;
- Fluent in English is mandatory;
- A valid work permit for Italy is required to be considered for this role.

• Disponibilità a frequenti trasferte nazionali ed internazionali.
• Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese; costituisce titolo preferenziale la conoscenza di una seconda lingua straniera.

Job DescriptionThe Sales Manager – Theatrical Distribution is responsible for driving revenue through the strategic placement and negotiation of film titles with cinema exhibitors, including both major chains and independent theaters. Reporting directly to the Sales Director, the Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing theatrical distribution strategies to maximize box office performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for theatrical releases across the domestic market.
- Cultivate and manage strong relationships with cinema chains, independent exhibitors, and distribution partners.
- Analyze box office performance, audience trends, and market data to inform sales tactics and release plans.
- Analyze box office data and performance metrics to inform future sales decisions.
- Forecast revenue and contribute to annual sales targets and budgets.
- Represent the company at industry events, screenings, and film markets to promote titles and strengthen exhibitor relationships.
- Monitor competitor releases and emerging market trends to identify growth opportunities.

Reports directly to: Director of Sales
Overall Job Purpose
- The position is accountable for proactively soliciting and handling sales opportunities.
- Ensures business is turned over properly and in a timely fashion for proper service delivery.
- Lead all day-to-day activities related to sales with a focus on building long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of sales objectives.
- Achieves personal sales goals and, together with the DOS, executes overall sales strategy of the hotel.

Education and Experience
- Minimum 3-year experience in similar role in comparable property with sizeable rooms and meeting spaces.
- Has demonstrated the ability to always work on behalf of Guests
- Has demonstrated the ability to work with other Team Members
- Strong commercial understanding including Sales, Marketing, E-Commerce.
- Successful track record of working in a collaborative/matrixed environment
- Ability to evaluate and identify business opportunities for a business
Managing Sales Activities
- Responsible in achieving the room and catering sales objectives of his/her markets and business segments.
- Represents and promotes the hotel by maintaining constant contact with the market and the customer base of his/her responsibility through Customer Relationship Management.
- Solicit new and existing accounts to meet/exceed revenue goals through telephone solicitation, outside sales calls, site inspections and written communication.
- Solicit transient and group business that enables the hotel to meet and/or exceed revenue goals in rooms and food and beverage.
- Assists with selling, implementation and follow-through of group sales promotions.
- Maintains and updates sales records manually and electronically as required.
- Prepare correspondence to customers; prepare and use internal (and/or company) sales systems, reports and statistics and file maintenance.
- Attend trade shows, community events, and FAM Trips and industry meetings.
- Participate in business review meeting, pre-convention meetings, trainings and other sales-related meetings as required.
- Develops a close working relationship with operations and other departments in order to execute strategies at the property level
- Provides other sales support as needed, upon direction from General Manager and Sales Leadership, understanding and supporting overall sales strategy
- Identifies new business to achieve personal and location revenue goals.
- Develops relationships within community to strengthen and expand customer base for sales opportunities
- Supports the company’s service and relationship strategy, driving customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience.
- Services our customers in order to grow share of the account.
- Executes and supports the company’s customer service standards.
- Provides excellent customer service consistent with the daily service basics of the company.
- Sets a positive example for guest relations
- Interacts with guests to obtain feedback on product quality and service levels.
- Develop/maintain knowledge of market trends, supply and demand and competition.
- Gains understanding of the hotel primary target customer and service expectations; serves the customer by understanding their business, business issues and concerns, to offer better business solution.
