Position:
We are currently seeking a Sales Operation Manager who will be responsible for:
- Defining sales process guidelines, building consensus, and fostering adoption
- Implementing tools and processes to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity
- Collaborating with Marketing, HR, and PBU to ensure alignment
- Developing best practices for sales data quality aligned with company initiatives
- Working with regional and HR teams to map and align sales team structures
- Creating templates for sales incentive plans
- Managing monthly business reporting and forecasting for various segments
- Conducting alignment workshops and engaging with sales leaders
- Ensuring proper CRM implementation across departments
Requirements:
- University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- Significant experience in Sales, Business Operations, Finance, or related fields
- Proven ability to define, refine, and implement sales processes, procedures, and policies
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects
- Excellent problem-solving, project management, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Sound business judgment, influential ability, and ownership mindset
- Availability for business travel
- Fluent in English

Operations Manager
che, riportando al Global Operations Director e coordinando i 2 Production Manager e il Responsabile Engineering, gestirà i processi di produzione ed ingegneria relativi ai due Plant italiani per garantirne l'efficienza, la produttività e la redditività.
Principali attività
- Coordina e supervisiona la gestione degli stabilimenti con particolare riferimento agli aspetti produttivi e di ingegneria del sito e degli impianti
- Presidia la corretta operatività degli stabilimenti nel rispetto delle normative nazionali ed internazionali in fatto di ambiente e sicurezza
- Propone iniziative ed interventi rispetto agli investimenti e alla produzione di competenza, assicurandone la corretta esecuzione, il rispetto dei tempi e dei costi
- Definisce il budget di stabilimento e di produzione, sulla base delle proposte formulate dai propri collaboratori, e ne assicura la realizzazione, individuando di volta in volta le soluzioni più idonee al raggiungimento degli obiettivi
- Monitora l’andamento dei costi industriali/ di stabilimento (stock di MP e SL, costi acquisto, costi di rilavorazione) e gli indicatori di performances ed efficienza/produttività del personale, attraverso il supporto del Controllo di Gestione
- Coordina l’introduzione in produzione delle modifiche di prodotto/componenti

Role Overview
We are seeking a pragmatic and detail-oriented Operations Manager to coordinate the day-to-day running of Arxax’s activities. This role is central to ensuring smooth internal workflows, reliable delivery of commercial agreements, and effective communication between leadership, entire Arxax team and the stakeholders.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to build strong operational foundations in a fast-growing cleantech company, with the potential to grow into a more senior leadership role.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial & Partner Operations
- Support execution of commercial contracts with fleet operators and fuel station partners.
- Assist in onboarding and integration processes with logistics clients and refuelling infrastructure.
- Monitor day-to-day performance of contracts and prepare regular reports.
Internal Operations & Team Coordination
- Coordinate internal workflows across sales, product, and technical teams.
- Maintain and optimise operating procedures and reporting systems.
- Monitor operational KPIs and flag issues to leadership.
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure documentation is accurate and up to date for contracts, licensing, and insurance.
- Assist with operational reporting requirements related to projects and public grants.
Process Improvement
- Identify inefficiencies in workflows and propose improvements.
- Support implementation of new tools and systems to streamline operations.
Who We’re Looking For
Must-Haves
- 3–5 years of experience in operations, project management, or related functions.
- Strong organisational skills and comfort with KPIs, data, and reporting.
- Background in logistics, mobility, or energy sectors is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Italian (German is a strong advantage).
- Hands-on mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus Points
- Based in or willing to relocate to South Tyrol.
- Previous startup or scale-up experience.
- Familiarity with digital platforms, smart infrastructure, or clean mobility.

Operations Manager
che, riportando al Global Operations Director e coordinando i 2 Production Manager e il Responsabile Engineering, gestirà i processi di produzione ed ingegneria relativi ai due Plant italiani per garantirne l'efficienza, la produttività e la redditività.
Principali attività
- Coordina e supervisiona la gestione degli stabilimenti con particolare riferimento agli aspetti produttivi e di ingegneria del sito e degli impianti
- Presidia la corretta operatività degli stabilimenti nel rispetto delle normative nazionali ed internazionali in fatto di ambiente e sicurezza
- Propone iniziative ed interventi rispetto agli investimenti e alla produzione di competenza, assicurandone la corretta esecuzione, il rispetto dei tempi e dei costi
- Definisce il budget di stabilimento e di produzione, sulla base delle proposte formulate dai propri collaboratori, e ne assicura la realizzazione, individuando di volta in volta le soluzioni più idonee al raggiungimento degli obiettivi
- Monitora l’andamento dei costi industriali/ di stabilimento (stock di MP e SL, costi acquisto, costi di rilavorazione) e gli indicatori di performances ed efficienza/produttività del personale, attraverso il supporto del Controllo di Gestione
- Coordina l’introduzione in produzione delle modifiche di prodotto/componenti
- Collabora con l’Ufficio Tecnico e la Qualità al lancio di nuovi prodotti/modifiche, sulla base del production plan, e autorizzare le nuove produzioni
- Gestisce le risorse di stabilimento in termini di valutazione e formazione
- Fornisce supporto alla Direzione HR nella gestione delle relazioni sindacali
- Promuove progetti ed iniziative in armonia ai piani di sostenibilità aziendale
Requisiti
- Laurea in ambito ingegneristico o titolo di studio affine
- Almeno 10 anni di esperienza nel ruolo all’interno di aziende multinazionali il cui prodotto è
- un componente complesso
- Esperienza nella riorganizzazione di plant produttivi. Esperienza nel trasferimento di linee di produzione è considerato un plus
- Mindset volto al miglioramento continuo
- Ottime capacità di Leadership
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
Sede di lavoro: provincia di Treviso (2 giorni di remote working a settimana)
