Savino Del Bene ricerca per il potenziamento della propria struttura corporate un/una Business Development Specialist – Vertical Market Furniture.
Principali compiti e responsabilità:
La risorsa, riportando al Global Head of Furniture Vertical Market, e lavorando direttamente dall’Headquarters Globale di Firenze, si occuperà di:
- Collaborare con il network globale del Gruppo Savino Del Bene per massimizzare e valorizzare le opportunità commerciali, sia esistenti che potenziali, nel settore di riferimento
- Fornire consulenza specialistica sul prodotto a tutto il Gruppo
- Contattare direttamente clienti di alto potenziale e/o di grandi dimensioni al fine di sviluppare nuove opportunità di business
- Consolidare e sviluppare il portafoglio clienti esistente
- Contribuire alla definizione e all’implementazione del piano promozionale del Vertical Market, inclusa la partecipazione a fiere di settore
- Analizzare trend di mercato per orientare le azioni commerciali sulla specifica commodity
- Monitorare ed analizzare la performance di vendita attraverso KPI, statistiche e flussi
Competenze richieste:
- Laurea triennale o titolo superiore
- Pregressa esperienza in ruoli commerciali all’interno di realtà di spedizioni internazionali (+3 anni)
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (livello C1). La conoscenza di un’ulteriore lingua straniera costituirà titolo preferenziale
- Capacità negoziali e orientamento al cliente
- Proattività, flessibilità e attitudine al lavoro in team
- Competenze analitiche e numeriche
- Disponibilità a trasferte, sia all’estero che in Italia

Job Description:Core Mission: As a core member of our European business development team, you will
lead energy storage project development (from greenfield to Ready to Build Stage) and
drive investment/financing activities in Europe. Leverage your expertise in market
dynamics, policies, grid compliance, and financial modeling to identify opportunities,
mitigate risks, and ensure ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Monitor and analyze electricity market structures, trading, pricing mechanisms,
ancillary service demands, grid reserve services and price trends;
2. Understanding the impact of regulatory requirements and various applications
(trading, balancing mechanism, ancillary services and grid reserve services) on
each project business case;
3. Identify, screen, and evaluate energy storage project opportunities (greenfield,
brownfield, co-location) in pre-RTB or RTB stages;
4. Developing compelling propositions and competitive bids;
5. Supporting day-to-day business case development activities of projects until the
closure of deals;
6. Build and maintain relationships with government agencies, grid operators, landowners, and consultants. Lead due diligence processes;
7. Develop, build, review, and optimize financial models (LCOE, NPV, IRR) for projects, including sensitivity analysis and risk assessment with the support of supply chain, finance and technical team;
8. Establish investment/financing partnerships with banks, funds, infrastructure investors, energy firms, and power traders;
9. Supporting corporate finance team to raise debt on portfolio of projects;
10. Supporting preparing high quality internal Invest Committee papers;
11. Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between project teams and internal departments;
12. Developing sales and marketing materials, speaking at and attending conferences

Requirements:
• Minimum 8 years in commercial/business development in energy sector
(B2B) preferably in energy storage or renewable sectors.
• Strong commercial skills with legal contracts and project financing
• Strong organization skills, team and good attention to detail
• Experience in energy storage and renewable sectors
• Knowledge of the UK, Europe, Australia and Asia-Pacific energy landscape
