THE OPPORTUNITY

How would you like to spark curiosity and drive growth for cutting-edge tech across Europe, while leveraging your sales expertise with channel partners and customers?

As our Channel Sales Manager for Europe, you’ll play a critical role in establishing and growing NavVis’ presence across the region. You’ll take ownership of developing our partner network, identifying high-value reseller opportunities in the AEC, Surveying, and Laser Scanning verticals, and driving strategic growth throughout Europe.

Together with you, we aim to build a market-leading reseller community, a high-performing channel, and a strong NavVis footprint in Europe — bringing digital twins to every room.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

  • Drive channel partner recruitment, onboarding, and enablement across Europe, with a focus on Italy, Spain, France, and selected Eastern European countries.
  • Use your market insight and consultative approach to coach new and existing partners on product positioning, technical use cases, and the NavVis customer journey.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies tailored to partner strengths and local business environments.
  • Build trust-based, win-win relationships with resellers to ensure strong regional coverage and pipeline growth.
  • Present the NavVis value proposition to a variety of audiences in the surveying, construction, and laser scanning space, including both resellers and end customers.
  • Partner closely with Marketing and Product teams to drive adoption through compelling storytelling, demos, and co-marketing campaigns.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and main point of contact to channel partners from the first conversation through to deal closure and beyond.
  • Leverage both your local network and NavVis-generated leads to create momentum in the region.

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE

  • Proven experience in channel sales, partner management, or B2B technical sales, ideally within the AEC or surveying industries.
  • Demonstrated success in building or scaling sales channels in European markets, particularly in Italy, Spain, France, or Eastern Europe.
  • A strong understanding of go-to-market strategies and partner enablement in a technical, solution-driven environment.
  • Ability to work independently and entrepreneurially — this role offers significant ownership and autonomy.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • A collaborative mindset, with the ability to align and work closely with NavVis HQ teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success).
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Spanish, Italian, or French is a nice-to-have.

Scope of Responsibilities

A. Deal Sourcing

  • Identify and present value-add and opportunistic investment opportunities in the Italian market.

B. Transaction Advisory

  • Advise on all stages of the acquisition and disposal process, including due diligence, financial modeling, and structuring.
  • Support negotiations and liaise with local advisors and stakeholders.

C. Asset & Property Management

  • Oversee day-to-day property operations, including lease renewals, re-gears, and rent reviews.
  • Manage capital expenditure projects, tenant relations, and ESG-related upgrades.
  • Develop and execute asset-level business plans to maximize income and long-term value.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing real estate portfolios in the –100 million range.
  • Strong presence and network in the Italian commercial property market.
  • Track record in sourcing, managing, and enhancing real estate assets.

Segments of interest

We are specialized in healthcare related assets and are rapidly expanding into other segments. Our main areas of focus are:

We are particularly interested in multi tenanted buildings and would prefer fully-tenanted assets as opposed to assets which are unlet.

Compensation Structure

The compensation will be structured as follows:

The selected partner will work closely with Gilardini Realty to identify, acquire, manage, and enhance the performance of our growing portfolio of Italian real estate assets.

Scope of Responsibilities
The ideal partner will support Gilardini Realty in the following areas:

A. Deal Sourcing
Identify and present value-add and opportunistic investment opportunities in the Italian market.
Provide strategic insight into market dynamics and emerging trends.

B. Transaction Advisory
Advise on all stages of the acquisition and disposal process, including due diligence, financial modeling, and structuring.
Support negotiations and liaise with local advisors and stakeholders.

C. Asset & Property Management
Oversee day-to-day property operations, including lease renewals, re-gears, and rent reviews.
Manage capital expenditure projects, tenant relations, and ESG-related upgrades.
Develop and execute asset-level business plans to maximize income and long-term value.

Requirements
Proven experience managing real estate portfolios in the –100 million range.
Strong presence and network in the Italian commercial property market.
Track record in sourcing, managing, and enhancing real estate assets.
Ability to work in partnership with international stakeholders.
Understanding of ESG regulations and development best practices.

Segments of interest
We are specialized in healthcare related assets and are rapidly expanding into other segments. Our main areas of focus are:
· Healthcare (except care homes)
· Logistics / industrial warehouses
· Land used for transportation e.g. parking for both cars and trucks
We are particularly interested in multi tenanted buildings and would prefer fully-tenanted assets as opposed to assets which are unlet.

Compensation Structure
The compensation will be structured as follows:
A success fee based on a percentage of the purchase price of each acquired property.
An annual asset management fee, to be agreed upon based on the scope of services.

Identify and recruit top-tier distributors, resellers, and service providers across Italy.

Present a clear and compelling value proposition – why partners should join us.

Ensure a smooth onboarding process with the right tools, training, and materials.

Enablement & Training

Deliver impactful training sessions (live or virtual) on product features and sales best practices.

Equip partners with clear, up-to-date documentation and go-to-market support.

Relationship Management

Be the go-to contact for your partners, ensuring strong, lasting relationships.

Support them through regular check-ins, joint planning, and commercial reviews.

Strategic Planning & Go-To-Market Execution

Develop and execute the Italian partner strategy aligned with company growth goals.

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to launch campaigns and promotions.

Performance & Insights

Track sales metrics, partner engagement, and market trends.

Use data to provide actionable insights and continuously improve partner performance.

Sales Support

What We’re Looking For

  • Fluent Italian & strong English (written and spoken)
  • 3+ years of experience in partner/channel development, B2B sales, or business development
  • A natural relationship builder with excellent communication & negotiation skills
  • Self-starter who thrives in remote, autonomous roles
  • Experience with CRM tools and remote collaboration platforms
  • Tech-savvy and able to explain complex solutions in simple terms
