Per general contractor e costruttore di interni specializzato nella realizzazione di pavimentazioni e opere in cartongesso per progetti civili e industriali.
La figura selezionata avrà la responsabilità della gestione e supervisione completa delle commesse assegnate su cantieri nell’area di Milano e provincia, con un focus sulle realizzazioni in Cartongesso. Opererà con appoggio presso l’ufficio tecnico / commerciale situato nella zona Milano Nord-Est (Vimercate / Monza).
Progettazione e preventivazione : predisposizione del budget di commessa e successive revisioni; gestione delle varianti e analisi dei costi in corso d’opera.
Programmazione operativa : pianificazione delle attività di produzione e partecipazione alle riunioni di avvio commessa.
Gestione e conduzione : individuazione di soluzioni migliorative tecniche ed economiche; responsabilità del conto economico di commessa; supporto operativo al capo cantiere.
Gestione amministrativa e contrattuale : supervisione di documentazione e avanzamenti lavori; verifica della corretta gestione delle pratiche burocratiche.
Gestione rapporti con committenti e DL : partecipazione a riunioni di avanzamento e aggiornamento programmi lavori, assicurando qualità e rispetto di tempi e obiettivi.
Approvvigionamenti e risorse : gestione di materiali, mezzi e manodopera, inclusa verifica delle posizioni e documentazione dei subappaltatori.
Supervisione sicurezza e qualità : controllo del rispetto delle norme di sicurezza e della corretta esecuzione delle opere.
Laurea in Ingegneria Civile, Architettura o discipline affini (preferibile).
Esperienza di almeno 3-5 anni in qualità di Direttore di Commessa / Project Manager nel settore edilizio, preferibilmente su progetti di cartongesso, finiture e pavimentazioni.
Conoscenza approfondita dei materiali e delle lavorazioni in cartongesso, capacità di lettura disegni tecnici.
Utilizzo di Autocad, pacchetto Office (Word, Excel) e software di gestione commesse (es. MS Project o simili).
Disponibilità full-time, con flessibilità a lavorare su cantieri in zona Milano e provincia e straordinari al sabato.

Job requirements
- Technical Bachelor’s degree in for example mechanical engineering or similar
- Master in Quality & Environmental or equivalent degree.
- Health & Safety Technical high degree & at least specialist in 1 matter
- At least 4 years of working experience in the industry, preferably in various sectors
- Wide knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001
- Already qualified third party auditor in the area of quality, environment and safety management systems
- Being a qualified Lead Verifier for EMAS and/or EU ETS is considered a preferred requirement
- Knowledge of, or affinity with standards in the area of safety, environment and quality management systems.
- Being familiar with local law and regulations
- A good verbal and written knowledge of English language
- Preparedness to travel when necessary to visit locations abroad
- Analytic insight and proactive attitude
- Communicative and social skills

- Proficiency in credit risk software packages, including SQL and Python (SAS considered a plus).
- Leadership qualities: coaching, independent decision-making, leading by example.
- Proficient in English and Italian.
- Bachelor's Degree in economics, finance, mathematics, statistics, engineering, or physics.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant Credit Risk experience in a bank or financial service.
- Experience with third-party data providers.
- Experience in setting up, monitoring, and enhancing credit risk acquisition strategies and systems.
- Skills in SQL and Python; SAS is a plus.
- Understanding of Credit Risk Modelling, preferably with Machine Learning experience.

Per la nostra divisione Technology Consulting all'interno del nostro Team Technology Strategy Trasformation stiamo ricercando Senior Consultant in ambito Project Management da posizionare sulle nostre sedi di Milano, Roma o Bari.
All'interno del team Technology Strategy Trasformation potrai apportare il tuo contribuito per :
- Sviluppo di progetti di trasformazione digitale attraverso i principali strumenti innovativi;
- Organizzazione, gestione e monitoraggio di progetti;
- Redazione di reportistica di avanzamento attività;
- Identificazione delle criticità e definizione dei piani d'azione per la risoluzione;
- Interazione e collaborazione con la struttura cliente e con eventuali terze parti coinvolte, al fine di agevolare l'esecuzione del progetto;
- Gestione delle attività di progetto e coordinamento del lavoro delle risorse interne / esterne coinvolte.
- Laurea triennale o magistrale preferibilmente in discipline tecnico-scientifiche o economiche;
- Solida conoscenza e padronanza delle best practice internazionali di Project Management;
- Esperienza pregressa in contesti progettuali complessi, preferibilmente in ambito Energy & Utilities, con capacità di impostare e governare tutte le fasi progettuali secondo le metodologie del committente, in dettaglio :
- Coordinare team interni ed esterni definendo le priorità e pianificando le attività, compresi i fornitori, facilitando la collaborazione tra gli stream;
- Collaborare con le strutture del committente che partecipano all'intero ciclo di vita del progetto, in particolare con le unità responsabili del design e della gestione delle architetture applicative, delle attività di test e delle ICT Operations;
- Gestire reporting, piani di lavoro, rischi, criticità e processi di escalation;
- Interfacciarsi con il management del cliente;
- Monitorare l’avanzamento delle attività e contribuire alla diffusione dei risultati progettuali.
- Solide capacità di pianificazione e organizzazione del proprio lavoro;
- Capacità di operare in rispetto delle scadenze e gestendo più priorità in contemporanea in modo efficace;
- Predisposizione al Team Work e attitudine al Client Facing con capacità di dialogare rispetto alle necessità del cliente;
- Solide capacità di Problem Solving e orientamento al risultato;
- Capacità di lavorare in un ambiente multiculturale e in modo collaborativo;
- Solida conoscenza e padronanza dei principali applicativi Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point);
- Conoscenza della lingua inglese ad un livello intermedio;
- Certificazioni: PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, Agile / Scrum.
- Esperienza pregressa nella gestione di progetti di integrazione IT, preferibilmente in contesti di acquisizione o fusione, con particolare attenzione alla gestione della migrazione nelle fasi pre- e post-integrazione in diversi ambiti (Billing, Metering, Credito, .).
