We are currently seeking a Project Manager to join our M Renewables team in Milan, part of our Italian subsidiary.

Your role will include :

• Managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget
• Conducting site surveys to assess local conditions impacting design and researching local supply costs
• Collaborating closely with the design & engineering team to review all project documents and client / developer information
• Assisting the Project Director in preparing the project budget
• Developing a detailed programme of works (PoW) to monitor progress
• Preparing contracts with suppliers and subcontractors
• Managing project implementation activities, ensuring QHSE standards are met
• Handover of the project to the internal O&M team

• Bachelor''s degree in electrical, mechanical, civil engineering, or related fields; MSc is a plus
• Proven experience in EPC companies and renewable energy projects
• Certification in PMP or MBA is advantageous
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Italian and English

• Pianificare, supervisionare e monitorare attività di progettazione e realizzazione dei Data Center

• Monitorare l’andamento dei cantieri, con sopralluoghi e verifiche tecniche periodiche.
• Coordinare il collaudo, la messa in servizio e la consegna della documentazione finale di progetto.
• Redigere reportistica di avanzamento e documentazione tecnica a supporto della Direzione Lavori.

• Diploma tecnico o laurea in ambito elettrotecnico / ingegneria elettrica.
• Esperienza consolidata (almeno 5 anni) nella progettazione e gestione di progetti complessi, preferibilmente Data Center o grandi infrastrutture tecnologiche.
• Capacità di coordinamento di team multidisciplinari.
• Ottima padronanza di Autocad, oltre che del pacchetto Office.
• Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
• Ottime doti organizzative, comunicative e di problem solving.
• Disponibilità a trasferte sul territorio nazionale.
