• Oversee daily operations of the Network Operations team, ensuring efficient response to enterprise network and security events, or related activities such as Root Cause Analysis
• Lead and mentor a team of network and security operations analysts and designers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), playbooks, and runbooks for incident response and other network operations, with a focus on proactive analytics and automation

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher

Il candidato selezionato sarà responsabile della gestione e della protezione delle infrastrutture di rete e sicurezza dei clienti. Lavorerà in progetti ad alta complessità tecnica, contribuendo attivamente alla progettazione, implementazione e mantenimento di soluzioni avanzate di cyber security.

• Gestione e manutenzione dell’infrastruttura di rete (switch, router, firewall)
• Progettazione e implementazione di architetture di rete sicure e scalabili
• Deploy e gestione di soluzioni di sicurezza avanzate (SIEM, IDS, IPS, DLP, antivirus)
• Verifica delle configurazioni di sicurezza su dispositivi di rete in ambienti enterprise
• Incident response e supporto operativo in caso di violazioni o anomalie di sicurezza

1. Collabora con il Cyber Security Manager e tutto il Dipartimento ICT per verificare l'avanzamento del programma di cyber security al fine di migliorare la security posture aziendale;

7. In caso di introduzione di nuovi sistemi di cyber security collabora con il cyber security manager nella progettazione (es. software selection, definizione di costi, tempi, modi e step di progetto, preventivo, contrattualistica);
8. Effettua delle analisi per verificare e valutare i requisiti di cyber security dei servizi forniti dal Dipartimento ICT in termini ad esempio KPI, fattori di rischio, protezione dei dati, del sistema, ecc.
9. Si relaziona con i fornitori dei servizi di cyber security affidati in outsourcing per verifica del SAL di servizio, per la gestione di anomalie, modifiche evolutive o progettuali, rispetto KPI ecc.
