SAP MM Team Leader
As SAP MM Team Leader, you will take the lead in designing, implementing, and continuously improving SAP Materials Management solutions. Fondazione Telethon è una delle principali charity italiane; dal 1990, su mandato di una comunità di pazienti, opera con l'obiettivo di realizzare la promessa della cura delle malattie genetiche rare attraverso il finanziamento di ricerca biomedica eccellente.
Per la nostra Area Raccolta Fondi da Individui - TV, Digital e Campagne siamo alla ricerca di una figura di Referente E-Commerce.
La risorsa sarà di supporto alla gestione dell'e-commerce di FT e allo sviluppo della gamma di prodotti solidali (regali e bomboniere).
Il ruolo prevede attività quotidiane di coordinamento, monitoraggio e implementazione, in stretta collaborazione con i responsabili di diversi team e i fornitori esterni.
Supporto e-commerce
• Contribuire all'implementazione di modelli di distribuzione online alternativi, orientati alla scalabilità e sostenibilità.
• Supportare nella progettazione funnel di vendita, attività di retargeting e test di conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Ottimizzare l'esperienza utente (UX/UI), incluse le integrazioni con strumenti digitali di vendita (es. Google Merchant).
• Collaborare alla pianificazione e al monitoraggio di campagne di marketing digitale a performance (ADV, influencer marketing etc), con attenzione a conversioni e CPA, in collaborazione con il centro media.
• Supporto alla produzione di contenuti (testi, immagini, video) e al copywriting strategico per favorire la distribuzione dei prodotti e l'attivazione degli utenti.
• Raccolta e analisi dei dati di performance, con particolare attenzione a metriche di conversione, modelli di attribuzione cross-canale e insight dai feedback dei donatori.
• Supporto nella gestione del budget e preparazione di forecast trimestrali.
Logistica e customer care
• Esplorare bisogni, motivazioni e valori dei target di riferimento, mantenendo una visione aggiornata sul benchmarking di realtà profit e non profit.
• Supporto nella definizione della gamma e alla selezione di fornitori etici e affidabili, in sinergia con l'ufficio acquisti.
• Sviluppo di soluzioni modulari e personalizzate (kit speciali, bomboniere, regali natalizi, set combinati).
E-commerce e digital marketing orientato alla performance (adv, funnel, remarketing, CRO).
• UX/UI e conoscenza dei principali CMS.
• Content e copywriting persuasivo.
• Analisi dei dati e metriche di conversione.
• Project management.
• Conoscenza di modelli di attribuzione e customer journey.
• Capacità di unire approccio creativo e visione operativa.
Orientamento ai risultati e approccio data-driven.
