Stiamo ricercando per importante multinazionale del settore telecomunicazioni con sede a Milano un/a Support Playout Operator (Tecnico Audio-Video).
Come operatore Playout avrai la responsabilità di gestire la postazione, occupandoti di tutti gli aspetti inerenti la messa in onda, dalla lavorazione e dal controllo delle playlist, al monitoring fino alla gestione di eventi live garantendo continuità di servizio, anche in situazioni critiche grazie alle procedure di intervento che ti verranno insegnate.
Collaborerai con le diverse aree che si interfacciano con Playout come aree di schedulazione dei palinsesti, aree di ricezione ed elaborazione dei segnali in arrivo, le aree Produzione Sport e FTA oltre che i colleghi.
Durante l’affiancamento iniziale conoscerai i software di gestione delle playlist e tutti gli altri software per la trasmissione delle grafiche durante gli eventi live.
Stiamo cercando candidat* con i seguenti requisiti:
-Disponibili al lavoro su turni dal lunedì alla domenica (diurni, notturni, festivi);
-Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
-Ottima capacità di gestione dello stress;
-Flessibilità e focalizzazione alla qualità del servizio;
-Preferibile conoscenza delle tecniche del mondo televisivo.
Si offre contratto iniziale in somministrazione di 3 mesi con possibilità di proroga.

Per il nostro team “Broad cast Operations ” siamo alla ricerca di un “ Broadcast Audio /Video Operator ” presso la nostra sede di Brugherio (MB) – full time – contratto a tempo indeterminato.
Stiamo cercando un professionista con consolidata esperienza nel ruolo di tecnico audio, che sia anche di sponibile ed interessato a svolgere attività di operatore di ripresa (c on particolare focus su telecamere remotate ) per produzioni tele visive prevalentemente svolte in diretta.
Il tuo ruolo
Riportando al Manager Broadcast Operations, le tue attività saranno :
Gestione delle telecamere in diretta
Gestione dell’audio in diretta
P rogrammazione Mixer Audio
Utilizzo “ Pro T ools ”
Produzioni musicali semplici
Eventuale utilizzo di Jimmy e Camera su carrello / movimento libero .
Requisiti
Diploma tecnico o titolo di studio equivalente .
Esperienza in attività simili in un contesto televisivo di almeno 5 anni .
La c onoscenza telecamere remotate è considerata un plus .
Disponibilità a lavorare su turnazione programmata ( giornaliera / serale) e weekend . (fascia 7:00 – 23:00) .

The Technical Sales Specialist is responsible for providing high-level technical sales expertise to the local sales teams, customers and channel partners. Understands the customer requirements to align and put them in scope with Epson’s product portfolio, to provide solutions meeting and exceeding customer needs. Feeding back the market needs/trends to the business for future product development cycle.
**What you will do**:
- Engage and build relationships with customers, channel partners and their technical representatives early in the sales cycle and throughout the sales process to understand their business needs and solution objectives
- Develop an understanding of customer requirements and formulate a product/system proposal based on the company’s sales strategy and product potential. Delivering more value to the customers at better margins through optimally defined solutions
- Manage the technical discussion / negotiation process with the customer and any linked external service provider
- In conjunction with the sales team, formulate a product/system proposal delivering more value to customers at better margins through optimally defined solutions
- Work with Central BU to execute strategy and feedback market information for future product planning
- RFI/RFP/Tender contribution /input
- Manage customization and integration projects as required
- Manage Beta tests prior to launch with selected customers and resellers
- Provide 2ndline troubleshooting to customers and channel partners
- Provide technical expertise and set-up insight
- Lead training sessions to better enhance learning for Epson display range and software
- Provide an in-depth understanding of new products, software and drivers for the purpose of supporting customers
- Provide Technical Support expertise and demonstrate equipment at sales exhibitions and events
- Support local sales team, customers and channel partners with product information and updates in line with launch and product life cycle
- Manage the demo inventory for demo/seeding; support demos and exhibitions
**What we ask for**:
- Computer Science graduate/Technical support engineer
- Technical product/ market experience gained in a similar industry
- Numerate, analytical and logical approach to problem solving
- Use of innovative approach to optimize reports and analysis
- Understanding of Project Management processes
- Fluent in written and spoken English essential

Technical Skills:
