**About the Role**
The Centre of Excellence for Patient and Referrer Strategy is looking for a qualified intern to support the delivery of projects. Our team is focusing its effort in promoting and establishing the referrer marketing strategy within the company and seeks an intern who can support us in the various activities related to our goal.
This intern should be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment, having to work in close collaboration with several functional and divisional stakeholders at European and local level and will finish the internship having gained broad experience in various aspects of marketing and sales.
**What your**Key Responsibilities Will Be**:
- Act in medium and small projects supporting the ideation and implementation of new business solutions, processes and tools within the organization
- Support the definition of KPIs and targets along with the process to capture that data to make fact-based business decisions.
- Participation in the creation of business cases and data analysis.
- Involvement in the creation of project plans, presentations, and reports. Support the organization of hospital events with travel required at national level to attend them
- Support the planning, organisation, conduction and follow up of marketing strategic and tactical workshops with divisional teams
**What Are we looking for in you**:
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Management or Economics
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with extensive knowledge of English language (C1)
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills are required.
- Mastering the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word is key to succeed in this role.
- Uses discretion, diplomacy and tact in interactions.

ART & GRAPHIC DESIGN INTERN
We are looking for a person with a strong creativity, passion for visual communication and a great desire to learn—someone eager to challenge themselves and grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
The intern will work closely with our Marketing & Communication department, contributing to the creation of visual materials for various projects, setting up academic and commercial documents in line with the School’s brand identity, and supporting supplier management.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY/ACTIVITIES
- Support in the creation and layout of academic and Marketing materials aligned with the School’s brand identity
- Design and development of visual materials for print and digital campaigns (brochures, flyers, social media assets, presentations, etc.)
- Research on visual and design trends (i.E AI for Marketing), with suggestions for innovation in line with brand guidelines
- Collaboration with the Marketing & Communication team and other departments to ensure consistency in communication materials
- Assistance in organizing and promoting events, both online and offline
- Editing and formatting of PowerPoint presentations for internal and external use
- Image selection and basic photo editing for marketing materials
- Coordination with external suppliers (e.G. printers, designers, agencies) to manage production timelines and quality control
- Contribution to the update and maintenance of marketing archives and templates
- Support for the School’s digital channels, including website updates or email campaigns.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have completed a bachelor's degree ;
a master's degreeis highly preferred - Full professional proficiency in both Italian and English , written and spoken
- Excellent command of Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator for designing graphic documents and communication materials
- Advanced use of PowerPoint and the entire Microsoft Office suite , with the ability to create visually appealing and professional presentations
- A minimum of six months of international experience abroad, either for study or work
- Ability to meet deadlines and coordinate with external suppliers to ensure timely delivery
- Willingness to learn and take a hands-on approach , with curiosity and determination
- Strong creative drive , with an innovative mindset and interest in artificial intelligence and its applications in visual design
- High level of precision, attention to detail, and proactive attitude
We offer:
a 6 months internship, renewable for an additional 6 months.

**Your Challenge**
As the **Head of Marketing and Strategy for Smart Infrastructure** (SI), you will be responsible for the development and oversight of marketing processes, tools and resources that drive leads and business opportunities for SI businesses in Italy, hired in **Milan** and you report to the SI Head.
