The Customer Support partner is responsible for ensuring excellent customers’ welcome and continuous support to our customers within the Roastery, contributing to a legendary Roastery experience. The role combines operational support and focuses on customer connection, assistance, and lobby support.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers with warmth and professionalism, offering immediate support and guidance within the store, from queuing before they enter the Roastery to concierge and all along their journey at the Roastery.
- Engage with customers waiting outside of the Roastery, delivering sampling of coffees when approved by managers, interacting with them offering information and guidance about waiting time, orientation inside the store, portfolio of products, beverages and experiences;
engage with customers when they wait for their beverages inside the store, ensuring their experience is a premium experience they will advocate about once they’ll leave the store. - Welcome customers at the main door, with warmth and pride;
respond to customers’ questions, concerns, or requests, offering quick and personalized solutions. - Maintaining cleanliness and order in Roastery areas, ensuring the tables are clean and tidy, position of furniture is restored after customers leave, and dirty tableware inside and outside the store are timely removed, monitoring areas of the Roastery with regularity and within defined KPIs, engaging with customers for the second service, and facilitating their overall experience.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in front office, customer reception, concierge, or customer service roles (preferably in retail, hospitality, or food service).

Role Duties And ResponsibilitiesInstallation and Setup
- The complete installation and configuration of all elements of a satellite communication system
- Baseband elements such as SATCOM modems, routers, switches, media converters, matrix switches, line amplifiers and other active and passive elements
- Low and high power RF elements such as UP/Down Converters, Intermediate and high power amplifiers, LNA's, RF over Fiber converters and other active and passive RF elements
- Antenna elements such as Motor DC/AC, power/servo drives, gearbox, Antenna control system elements, Dehydrator
- Monitor and Control system such as workstations, servers, gateways, Digital signal processors, network elements and analogue/digital interface elements
- Software such as Windows, Linux, Network IOS, proprietary system monitor and control application software, software system configurations
Updates/changes of hardware and software configuration
- On all satellite station elements as required or ordered / requested
- Satellite link setup network, baseband and RF configuration
- Software / configuration update and patches on all systems as required
- The installation of Power/data cable and fibre optic cable, maintaining, labelling and updating as-built documents
To support the local Power technician in installation and setup of:
- Power generation and distribution systems
- Heating and cooling systems
- Ancillary systems (Fuel, water supply domestic and fire protection)
Maintenance and Repair
- All active/passive SATCOM, Power, HVAC, security and ancillary elements/systems following the guidelines and instructions of the specific system
- Preventive maintenance procedures to ensure the systems are functioning correctly
- Frequency: Daily, weekly, monthly, 3 monthly, 6 monthly and yearly inspections
Conduct regular preventive maintenance tasks
- Cleaning of all active and passive elements/systems SATCOM, Power, HVAC, security, ancillary and system room/locations following the guidelines and instructions of the specific system preventive maintenance procedure
- Greasing of mechanical parts following the guidelines and instructions of the specific system preventive maintenance procedure
- Measure and adjust where required of active/passive electronic elements/systems following the guidelines and instructions in the specific system preventive maintenance procedure
- Assist power technician in preventive maintenance tasks as required
- Frequency: Daily, weekly, monthly, 3 monthly, 6 monthly and yearly inspections
Diagnose and repair
- Any issues with SATCOM, Power, HVAC, security and ancillary system following the guidelines and instructions of the specific system corrective maintenance procedure
- Replace faulty components and update software of SATCOM, Power, HVAC, security, ancillary system following the guidelines and instructions of the specific system corrective maintenance procedure
Service Delivery Support
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate with team members and customers to understand their needs and provide updates and solutions
- Service Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for local and remote users/customers
- Configuration management: Maintain accurate records of services provided and customer interactions in TT-Comms, ITSM and Logbook
- Support Model: The service needs to be delivered under the lead by the site Station Commander and integrated with the current on-site support team on a 24/7 basis
Others
- Participation in daily reporting and planning activities (daily stand-ups) as well as workshops, events and conferences related to the supported services, as requested by the service delivery manager
Requirements
Essential Skills and Experience
- At least 5 years of experience as a satellite technician or in a similar role
- Good knowledge of electronic and RF measurement instruments, proficiency with hand and power tools
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Desirable Certifications
- Preferred Certification CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification
Education
- High school diploma or a degree in electronics or a related network/communication field; experience of 10 years is required
Working Policy
- On-Site
- Monday to Thursday from 08h30 until 17h30 and Friday from 08h30 until 15h30
- Additionally, there might be a need that during the month services to be provided on a rotating shift schedule, which can include weekdays, weekends, and national holidays. These shifts are typically 24 hours in duration, followed by a subsequent 5-day off period (max. 5 shifts per month)

All’interno del Reparto Marketing , stiamo cercando due persone da inserire con il ruolo di Brand Manager :
- 1 risorsa sarà inserita nella divisione Personal Care;
- 1 risorsa sarà inserita nella divisione Home Care.
Responsabilità principali:
Le risorse, riportando al Marketing Manager della divisione di riferimento, avranno la responsabilità di implementare a livello nazionale la brand strategy per i propri brand di riferimento.
Il ruolo prevede la gestione di tutte le leve del marketing mix con focus su:
- Coordinamento progetti di sviluppo prodotto;
- Coordinamento agenzie di comunicazione e grafica;
- Analisi dati sell-in e sell-out;
- Definizione previsioni di vendita;
- Monitoraggio dei principali KPI e del P&L;
- Supporto nel coordinamento delle attività ATL, BTL e Digital;
- Collaborazione con la divisione Vendite.
Requisiti:
- Esperienza di almeno 5 anni in ruolo analogo in aziende FMCG;
- Laurea in Marketing o Economia;
- Inglese fluente (certificazione minima B2);
- Ottime capacità analitiche e di interpretazione dei dati;
- Predisposizione al lavoro di squadra;
- Problem solving, proattività e creatività;
- Buone capacità di presentazione;
- Conoscenza pacchetto MS Office e dimestichezza con strumenti di IA.
