As required by changing workstations in the facility, on a regular and recurring basis, for a substantial portion of time, prepares and serves a limited variety of simple foods that require very limited and mínimal cooking skills, takes and fills customers’ orders; operates and cleans/sanitizes kitchen equipment in a situation where set procedures are followed; and assists other crew members in providing interior/exterior facility sanitation.

2. Uses portion control devices (scales/measures), conducts temperature checks, dining room maintenance,

La risorsa, riportando alla BU Food Service Director, avrà le seguenti responsabilità :
- Supportare, in qualità di principale referente, il Food Service Director nella predisposizione di Rolling Forecast o Budget annuali e nell'interpretazione dei principali KPI finanziari di business;
- Preparare il Business plan per l'identificazione di aree di miglioramento e la definizione di strategie alternative al fine di migliorare la profittabilità dell’area Food Service;
- Presidiare il processo di formulazione e follow up delle previsioni di vendita in coordinamento con i Sales Developer ed il team Trade Marketing di BU;
- Analizzare gli scostamenti dei risultati consuntivati rispetto agli obiettivi di Budget, Forecast o alle controcifre di anno precedente;
- Product & Customer Profitability Analysis : analisi della profittabilità per prodotto, famiglie di prodotti e clienti;
- Realizzare e presentare la reportistica periodica del perimetro di responsabilità (vendite, performance review, analisi di profittabilità);
- Supportare l’attività di coordinamento con il team di Controllo di Gestione delle BU Cheese e Meat, al fine di garantire uniformità nella gestione dei processi aziendali.
- Esperienza professionale pregressa di almeno 5 / 7 anni in ambito Controlling;
- Laurea specialistica in discipline economiche o percorsi affini;
- Conoscenza avanzata dei principali strumenti informatici, ottima conoscenza di MS Excel e dei principali pacchetti amministrativi / gestionali (Sap, Essbase e Cognos);
- Conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- Ottime capacità negoziali e spiccate doti analitiche;
- Buone capacità comunicative e spiccate attitudini al team working;
- Precisione e attenzione al dettaglio;
- Ottime capacità di analisi e problem solving.
