? YOUR ROLE

Lead the day to day execution of our games within your team. You will translate the CTO’s engineering direction and standards into clear, actionable work, run and enforce code reviews , organize the team’s workflow , and drive a predictable delivery rhythm . You will work closely with the Producer as well as the CTO, Product, and Design to turn priorities into a concrete plan, keeping quality high and communication crisp.

? WHAT YOU WILL LEAD

• Team leadership: planning, prioritization, task breakdown, unblockers, clear feedback, coaching
• Standards and quality: enforce coding guidelines, effective code reviews, consistent architecture, maintainability, regression aware practices
• Delivery and accountability: realistic estimates, scope control, quality metrics such as crash free rate and performance, action oriented retrospectives
• Communication: tight partnership with the Producer to align goals, negotiate scope, and ensure smooth collaboration with Art, Design, and UA

? WHAT YOU BRING

• Proven Unity mobile experience on iOS and Android with shipped titles or live ops
• Native Italian speaker or equivalent level proficiency , as the role requires coordination within an Italian-speaking team
• Leadership track record coordinating developers and upholding standards
• Direct, assertive communication and strong cross functional collaboration
• English for work: proactive and comfortable reaching out and joining calls in English, no need to be native, be clear and willing
• Ownership mindset: you decide, document, and take responsibility for the how

Developer Lead

La risorsa sarà inserita nel team E Health & Smart City che si occupa della progettazione e sviluppo di soluzioni software dedicate al mondo sanitario come ad esempio: sistemi clinici, diagnostici, progetti su realtà regionali o locali.

La risorsa coordinerà un gruppo di sviluppatori software ed avrà il compito di indirizzare le richieste tecniche, coordinare le attività ed essere a supporto dei colleghi lavorando in sinergia con i team leader e gli altri stakeholder aziendali.

Responsabilità:

• Contribuire alla pianificazione delle attività e alla gestione delle priorità
• Governare il fabbisogno per il gruppo contribuendo ai piani di capacità
• Coordinare e supervisionare la corretta gestione dei task;
• Promuovere le azioni necessarie per garantire il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di pianificazione;
• Contribuire attivamente alla risoluzione tecnica di problematiche complesse;
• Supervisionare lo sviluppo corretto di unità e test funzionali e della documentazione di prodotto.

Requisiti:

• Laurea in Informatica o materie STEM
• Esperienza nel ruolo di almeno 5 anni, di cui almeno 2 anni di coordinamento, anche di piccoli gruppi di persone
• Conoscenza del linguaggio Java e framework Spring
• Conoscenza delle principali tecnologie di front-end single page application
• Conoscenza RDBMS
• Conoscenza di WS in modalità REST e SOAP, gradite esperienze su architetture moderne a microservizi
• Conoscenza della lingua inglese (B2)
• Gradite conoscenze specifiche healthcare (standard e architetture di riferimento)
• Gradita esperienza pregressa nell’ambito della progettazione tecnico-funzionale

Developer Lead
