- Verificare il contratto insieme alla Direzione durante la fase di gara
- Individuare la squadra di fornitori
- Definire un cronoprogramma dettagliato coerente con quello generale di contratto
- Definire il budget di commessa
- Coordinare gli scambi tra Designer, Cliente e Fornitori
- Gestire le risorse tecniche, operative ed amministrative durante le fasi di “engineering” (sviluppo, definizione, esecuzione acquisti/forniture) e installazione
- Assicurare gli standard di qualità
- Supervisionare la fase di installazione e montaggio
- CONOSCENZE ED ESPERIENZE
- Almeno 5 anni di esperienza in ambito arredamento e fit out, preferibilmente nel settore Retail e/o Lusso
- Laurea in Ingegneria, Architettura o diploma tecnico pertinente
- Profonda conoscenza dei materiali e dei processi tipici del settore
- Padronanza di MS Project o Primavera per la pianificazione di commessa
- Buona conoscenza dei processi aziendali e sistemi ERP
- Capacità di interpretare disegni tecnici esecutivi e costruttivi
- Ottima conoscenza dell’inglese parlato e scritto; conoscenza di altre lingue (francese, tedesco, arabo) preferibile
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office

È responsabile dell’esito finale della commessa in termini di margine, soddisfazione del cliente (ricavi aggiuntivi, tempi, costi, qualità).
In particolare, dovrà :
