The Revenue Growth Manager Trainee will be in charge of supporting the Revenue Growth Manager by producing meaningful analysis concerning price, promo, PPA, mix and Trade Strategies in order to drive insightful business decisions in line with Cereals & Wholesome Snack strategy.

• Creates reports in order to evaluate / assess sales performance and helps Senior Category Manager in providing recommendations to improve category performance and profitability
• Support the Revenue Growth Manager in building and presents guidelines for promotions and trade strategies
• Supports Senior Category Manager in finding pricing opportunities in the market
• Provides analysis to support / recommend PPA projects

Main Responsibilities:

• Monitoring data integrity of data downloaded by energy meters, weather stations and SCADA;
• Daily interaction with NUO platform support team for recovery of wrong or missing data;
• Daily monitoring highlighting faults or underperfomance of the plants including notes for reporting;
• Daily allocation of events related to plant faults and underperformances in NUO with validation of estimated downtime and losses;
• Reporting to the AM in charge of the plants about faults of components, downtime and communication issues;
• Monthly download with Robots and scripts of energy figures published by the grid owner and GSE;
• Claim and follow-up with DSO in case of wrong published energy figures;
• Support to the AM in generating Technical and Revenues daily, weekly and monthly reporting, also including upload of main figures to Clients’ portals;
• Support to the AM in management of recursive compliance tasks with Public Administrations

Key Requirements:

• Degree or experience in Engineering or similar
• Computer Skills: Microsoft Office package, Basic knowledge in script coding with Python and Excel
• Precision and proactive approach
• Good knowledge of Italian and english

Responsabilità

Il ruolo prevede:

1. La gestione dei contratti (nuovi/rinnovi) degli attuali clienti e dei nuovi clienti (con particolare riferimento alla tipologia Small Ticket bancario, finanziario e commerciale), attraverso l’inserimento sul sistema operativo (Colldesk o Bridge) con il settaggio dei parametri economici previsti (fee & costi);
2. L’interfacciamento con le diverse funzioni aziendali coinvolte (IT- OPS - Finance OPS) per condividere le condizioni contrattuali segnalando eventuali particolarità operative e/o richieste che necessitano interventi da altri dipartimenti;
3. La parametrizzazione, nel caso di mandati internazionali, dei codici relativi alle SO (sister Office) e ai Partner internazionali;
4. Il supporto tecnico e analitico per l’utilizzo di Saleforce, l’applicativo CRM di Gruppo;
5. La gestione dei Portali Clienti (in qualità di Fornitori), dalla qualificazione alla maintenance, con la predisposizione e l’aggiornamento della documentazione da caricare, coinvolgendo di volta in volta i dipartimenti.

Il ruolo prevede, a tendere, le medesime attività sulla parte di acquisizione e gestione della clientela NPL.

Competenze chiave:

1. Conoscenza del settore del recupero crediti e dei processi di collection in ambito bancario, finanziario e corporate;
2. Preferibile la conoscenza degli applicativi attualmente in uso per lo small ticket (Colldesk/Bridge) e, a tendere, per gli NPL;
3. Predisposizione al lavoro in gruppo, approccio teso al problem-solving;
4. Buone doti di precisione, proattività, capacità di lavorare sotto pressione rispettando le scadenze;
5. Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office;
6. Sarà considerata un plus la conoscenza di Salesforce;
7. Conoscenza del portale interattivo di Gruppo Intrum Web;
8. Padronanza della lingua inglese parlata e scritta.
