We are seeking a skilled and professional Manufacturing Manager to oversee manufacturing processes and departmental operations within the technical discipline of turboprop engine assembly and testing.

Basic Requirements:

• Significant experience in Manufacturing and Manufacturing Engineering, with knowledge equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in both English and Czech.
• Demonstrated ability to analyse and resolve problems, document and execute programs, and market initiatives effectively.
• Proven project management skills with the ability to lead and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
