Per la nostra società Russotti Gestioni Hotels stiamo ricercando un Revenue Manager che lavorerà per le 4 strutture: Milan Marriott Hotel, Rome Marriott Park Hotel, Delta Hotel By Marriott Giardini Naxos e Ortea Palace Luxury.


Principali compiti e responsabilità :
  1. Massimizza revenue gestendo giornalmente la strategia tariffaria, inventory, domanda, forecasting e analisi del mercato
  2. È in grado di identificare opportunità di revenue
  3. Collabora alla stesura del budget ed al raggiungimento degli obiettivi
  4. Elabora Strategie e quotazioni relative al segmento gruppi

Competenze richieste:
  1. Possiede forti doti relazionali ed analitiche
  2. È in grado di comunicare in modo efficace
  3. Mostra capacità di controllare ed esprimere le proprie emozioni e di gestire le relazioni interpersonali
  4. Sa lavorare in team ed è disposto a mettersi in gioco per crescere

Noi richiediamo:
  1. 2 anni di esperienza nella gestione delle entrate o in aree professionali correlate
  2. Ottima conoscenza di Excel e Powerpoint
  3. Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese e italiana e di una terza lingua
  4. Familiarità con il software di prenotazione alberghiera Opera
  5. Gradita conoscenza dei tool Marriott

We are seeking a strong and enthusiastic SALES COORDINATOR based inMilan to join our growing Cluster Team

You will be responsible for assisting the Sales Team in administrative tasks based on commercial objectives and aligned with the sales plan and marketing strategy.
We are looking for an energetic candidate with excellent interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, with a passion for service and hospitality.

Responding to the Director of Business Development.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for providing coordination and providing full administration and operational assistance to the sales team.
  • Conduct sales researches and collect data to prepare reports and documents
  • Identify new contacts, develop sales leads, and respond to sales opportunities in order to maximise revenue
  • Be the first point of contact for all sales related enquiries, providing administrative support liaising with other hotel departments and maintaining the relevant aspects of the sales databases.
  • Assist in qualifying leads, sending out sales proposals, converting enquires working closely with the sales team
  • Assist with preparation and follow-up of sales trips, clients events, workshops
  • Proactively look for new sales opportunities and cross-sell at all times
  • Conduct client site inspections of the property
  • Coordinate with all the hotels and specific departments within the hotel to ensure distribution of important information
  • Provide administrative duties as required by Director of Business Development. Assist with preparation and follow-up of sales trips
  • Provide support in updating sales materials (promotional flyers, sales demo kit.) and update customer database
  • Create and manage Company and Travel Agent profiles on the property management system.
  • Track enquiries and revenues in line with the processes in place

Skill & Knowledge

This is the ideal role for someone wanting to develop a career in the hotel sale & marketing department. While the primary responsibilities are administrative, you will gain exposure to both reactive and proactive sales, as well as an understanding of all market sectors (MICE, corporate and leisure) and support with data analysis, qualifying leads and assisting in show rounds and sales events.

You will be passionate about the hotel industry and keep informed on local and global industry trends and best practices.
  • High level of IT skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Proactive approach to meeting deadlines and targets
  • Excellent organisational and administration skills
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, events or booking environment
  • Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment, adjust to changing priorities
  • Self-starter and strong collaborator - be friendly, customer centric, smile and able to work in a team environment
  • Must be able to work independently and demonstrate the ability to take initiative

Principali responsabilità e mansioni:

  • Partecipare attività quotidiane di ingegneria e manutenzione dell'hotel, mantenendo gli alti standard di servizio;
  • Coordinarsi con reparto Housekeeping per le attività di manutenzione delle camere degli ospiti e delle aree pubbliche;
  • Garantire che siano applicate le procedure per salute e sicurezza degli ospiti e dei dipendenti, e che i programmi di emergenza siano rispettati;
  • Verificare e monitorare che le condizioni degli impianti e macchinari all’interno delle strutture siano idonee, intervenendo in caso di situazioni pericolose e comunicando prontamente con il proprio responsabile e l’Ingegnere di area;
Requisiti richiesti:
  • Capacità di gestione di problematiche tecniche in condizioni di stress o di emergenza;
  • Ottime capacità di lavoro di squadra;
  • Capacità di gestione del tempo;
  • Disponibilità a lavorare su turnazioni serali e/o festive;
  • Preferenziale esperienza come manutentore nel settore hotelleristico;

Stiamo ricercando una risorsa altamente motivata per ricoprire il ruolo di Addetto/a alla Ricezione Merci presso la nostra struttura.

In questa posizione chiave, la persona selezionata si occuperà di coordinare il flusso delle merci in arrivo, garantendo un accurato controllo dei Documenti di Trasporto (DDT) e la sistemazione efficiente della merce nei nostri magazzini.

Responsabilità:

  • Accogliere e verificare le merci in arrivo, assicurandosi che siano conformi agli ordini e ai requisiti specifici.
  • Gestione degli inventari.
  • Ispezionare la merce per eventuali danni o difetti e gestire le eventuali problematiche con i fornitori.
  • Registrazione delle informazioni relative alle consegne e agli inventari nel sistema di gestione interno.
  • Organizzare e mantenere in ordine i magazzini, garantendo una corretta sistemazione della merce e una facile accessibilità.
  • Collaborare con il team di acquisti per gestire gli ordini in modo tempestivo.
  • Mantenere elevati standard di sicurezza, igiene e ordine all'interno del reparto delle merci.
  • Contribuire a migliorare continuamente i processi logistici e proporre soluzioni innovative per ottimizzare le operazioni.


Requisiti:

  • Esperienza di almeno 2 anni in ruoli simili, preferibilmente acquisita in ambito di strutture alberghiere o aziende operanti nel settore ospitalità.
  • Conoscenza dei processi di ricezione merci, movimentazione e gestione degli inventari.
  • Capacità di lavorare in modo autonomo ed efficiente, mantenendo elevati standard di precisione e attenzione ai dettagli.
  • Ottima capacità organizzativa e resistenza al lavoro sotto pressione in situazioni di picco attività.
  • Conoscenza delle norme di sicurezza e igiene per garantire un ambiente di lavoro sicuro.
  • Disponibilità immediata e flessibilità per adattarsi alle esigenze del reparto logistico.
  • Buone capacità comunicative e spirito di squadra per collaborare efficacemente con colleghi di diversi reparti.

Job Summary

We are seeking a strong and enthusiastic SALES COORDINATOR based in Milan to join our growing Cluster Team

You will be responsible for assisting the Sales Team in administrative tasks based on commercial objectives and aligned with the sales plan and marketing strategy.

We are looking for an energetic candidate with excellent interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, with a passion for service and hospitality.

Responding to the Director of Business Development.

  • Responsible for providing coordination and providing full administration and operational assistance to the sales team.
  • Conduct sales researches and collect data to prepare reports and documents
  • Identify new contacts, develop sales leads, and respond to sales opportunities in order to maximise revenue
  • Be the first point of contact for all sales related enquiries, providing administrative support liaising with other hotel departments and maintaining the relevant aspects of the sales databases.
  • Assist in qualifying leads, sending out sales proposals, converting enquires working closely with the sales team
  • Assist with preparation and follow-up of sales trips, clients events, workshops
  • Proactively look for new sales opportunities and cross-sell at all times
  • Conduct client site inspections of the property
  • Coordinate with all the hotels and specific departments within the hotel to ensure distribution of important information
  • Provide administrative duties as required by Director of Business Development. Assist with preparation and follow-up of sales trips
  • Provide support in updating sales materials (promotional flyers, sales demo kit.) and update customer database
  • Create and manage Company and Travel Agent profiles on the property management system.
  • Track enquiries and revenues in line with the processes in place

Skill & Knowledge

This is the ideal role for someone wanting to develop a career in the hotel sale & marketing department. While the primary responsibilities are administrative, you will gain exposure to both reactive and proactive sales, as well as an understanding of all market sectors (MICE, corporate and leisure) and support with data analysis, qualifying leads and assisting in show rounds and sales events.

You will be passionate about the hotel industry and keep informed on local and global industry trends and best practices.

  • High level of IT skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Proactive approach to meeting deadlines and targets
  • Excellent organisational and administration skills
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, events or booking environment
  • Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment, adjust to changing priorities
  • Self-starter and strong collaborator - be friendly, customer centric, smile and able to work in a team environment
  • Must be able to work independently and demonstrate the ability to take initiative
