Per la nostra sede di Roma siamo alla ricerca di una figura diSocial Media Manager junior , con 1–2 anni di esperienza, appassionata di comunicazione digitale, social media e nuovi linguaggi.
La risorsa sarà inserita all’interno del team Digital Communication e Social Media Strategy , con l’obiettivo di gestire operativamente i canali social corporate e contribuire all’attuazione dei piani di comunicazione attraverso i canali digitali.

Il contratto proposto è un tempo determinato per sostituzione maternità .

Principali responsabilità

  • Progettare, pianificare e gestire il piano editoriale social, garantendo coerenza con la strategia di comunicazione del Gruppo e con gli obiettivi di awareness, reputation ed engagement
  • Redigere copy SEO oriented e declinati per piattaforma/linguaggio al fine di veicolare prodotti e messaggi del Gruppo verso differenti target
  • Collaborare attivamente con i team interni per gestire in modo strutturato il raccordo e l’organizzazione dei materiali da inserire nel piano editoriale
  • Community management : moderare interazioni, stimolare conversazioni autentiche e favorire un dialogo costante con la community
  • Monitorare e analizzare le performance dei canali e dei contenuti (reach, engagement, sentiment, follower growth, CTR, ecc.) attraverso strumenti dedicati, e produrre report periodici con insight e proposte di ottimizzazione
  • Monitorare e valutare trend digitali e social come nuovi format di comunicazione innovativi per i canali del gruppo
  • Gestire operativamente le interazioni con agenzie esterne coinvolte nella gestione dei canali social e della pianificazione social ADV
  • Gestire il raccordo dei piani social delle principali società controllate , contribuendo all’allineamento dei rispettivi piani editoriali e alla valorizzazione delle specificità locali
  • Supportare pianificazione e gestione delle campagne social ADV
  • Supportare la gestione di task operativi trasversali (workflow approvativi, pubblicazioni multi-country, ecc.)
  • Esperienza di 1–2 anni in ruoli analoghi, preferibilmente maturata all’interno di contesti strutturati o agenzie digital;
  • Costituisce titolo preferenziale il possesso di una laurea in Comunicazione, Marketing, Digital Media o discipline affini , oppure di un percorso formativo specialistico in ambito digitale e social media.
  • Conoscenza delle principali piattaforme social (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, YouTube), con capacità di adattamento ai diversi linguaggi e algoritmi;
  • Spiccate competenze redazionali e capacità di scrittura creativa, sintetica ed efficace, in linea con il tone of voice aziendale;
  • Padronanza di strumenti per la creazione e programmazione di contenuti (es. Canva, PostPickr);
  • Capacità di lettura, analisi e interpretazione dei dati attraverso strumenti di analytics (es. Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics);
  • Conoscenza di base delle principali metriche e strumenti di social advertising;
  • Attitudine proattiva, curiosità per il mondo digitale e attenzione ai dettagli;

About The Job

Based at the San Clemente Palace within the Sales & Marketing Department in Venice, the Director of Marketing & Communications is responsible for leading the hotel's strategic marketing and communication efforts, ensuring the consistent positioning of the brand across all channels in line with Mandarin Oriental standards. This role focuses on enhancing brand visibility, supporting revenue-generating initiatives, and building strong relationships with media, partners, and the local community. The Director works in close collaboration with the Sales, Revenue, Food & Beverage, Spa, and Operational departments to develop and implement fully integrated campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion. This position reports directly to the Director of Commercial Strategy .

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and executing the hotel’s annual marketing and communications plan in line with brand objectives.
  2. Leading public relations, media relations, and influencer engagement efforts to maximize positive exposure.
  3. Overseeing digital and print advertising campaigns, including seasonal promotions and activations.
  4. Managing social media strategy and content to reflect brand values.
  5. Collaborating with Sales and Revenue teams on promotional offers and marketing collateral.
  6. Ensuring communications align with Mandarin Oriental’s brand guidelines.
  7. Leading creative asset production, including photography and video content.
  8. Building media relationships and securing press coverage.
  9. Organizing media events, press trips, and on-property activations.
  10. Managing marketing budget and tracking ROI.
  11. Monitoring market trends and customer insights to adapt strategies.
  12. Acting as the hotel’s brand ambassador and supporting CSR initiatives.
  13. Collaborating on group-wide campaigns with the corporate office.
  14. Leading and mentoring the Marketing & Communications team.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing and communications within luxury hospitality or premium lifestyle sectors.
  • Proven expertise in brand management, digital marketing, public relations, and content creation.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with experience managing teams and agencies.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.
  • Deep understanding of luxury consumer behaviour and market trends.
  • Experience with CMS platforms, Adobe Creative Suite, social media tools, and analytics dashboards.

About The Job

Based at the San Clemente Palace within the Sales & Marketing Department in Venice, the Director of Marketing & Communications is responsible for leading the hotel's strategic marketing and communication efforts, ensuring the consistent positioning of the brand across all channels in line with Mandarin Oriental standards. This role focuses on enhancing brand visibility, supporting revenue-generating initiatives, and building strong relationships with media, partners, and the local community. The Director works in close collaboration with the Sales, Revenue, Food & Beverage, Spa, and Operational departments to develop and implement fully integrated campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion. This position reports directly to the Director of Commercial Strategy .

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and executing the hotel’s annual marketing and communications plan in line with brand objectives.
  2. Leading public relations, media relations, and influencer engagement efforts to maximize positive exposure.
  3. Overseeing digital and print advertising campaigns, including seasonal promotions and activations.
  4. Managing social media strategy and content to reflect brand values.
  5. Collaborating with Sales and Revenue teams on promotional offers and marketing collateral.
  6. Ensuring communications align with Mandarin Oriental’s brand guidelines.
  7. Leading creative asset production, including photography and video content.
  8. Building media relationships and securing press coverage.
  9. Organizing media events, press trips, and on-property activations.
  10. Managing marketing budget and tracking ROI.
  11. Monitoring market trends and customer insights to adapt strategies.
  12. Acting as the hotel’s brand ambassador and supporting CSR initiatives.
  13. Collaborating on group-wide campaigns with the corporate office.
  14. Leading and mentoring the Marketing & Communications team.
  15. Performing other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing and communications within luxury hospitality or premium lifestyle sectors.
  • Proven expertise in brand management, digital marketing, public relations, and content creation.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with experience managing teams and agencies.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.
  • Deep understanding of luxury consumer behaviour and market trends.
  • Experience with CMS platforms, Adobe Creative Suite, social media tools, and analytics dashboards.
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field; postgraduate studies are a plus.

What You’ll Do:

As Marketing Director – Global Pharma, you will:

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute long-term marketing strategies for the global pharmaceutical segment in alignment with executive leadership.
  • Define customer segmentation, market positioning, and competitive differentiation.
  • Identify inorganic growth opportunities (e.g., partnerships, M&A) to support market expansion.

Portfolio & Innovation Management

  • Oversee the global portfolio of contamination control solutions for pharmaceutical manufacturers.
  • Drive the innovation pipeline in collaboration with R&D, Regulatory, and Technical teams.
  • Manage the full product lifecycle, including global launches, phase-ins/outs, and updates driven by compliance.

Commercial Activation

  • Collaborate with Sales, Regional Marketing, and Communications teams to drive brand awareness and lead generation through effective campaigns and customer engagement strategies.
  • Ensure a consistent value proposition and aligned messaging across all markets.

Customer & Market Insight

  • Maintain deep knowledge of customer workflows, market dynamics, and the competitive landscape.
  • Lead market research and customer insight initiatives.
  • Build strategic relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and support thought leadership efforts.

Team Leadership

  • Lead and develop a global team of 8+ marketers, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
  • Provide mentorship and drive cross-functional alignment between Portfolio, Commercial, and Segment teams.

What You Bring

  • Advanced degree (MBA or MSc in Marketing, Chemistry, Microbiology, or related field).
  • 10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences manufacturing industry.
  • 8+ years in marketing or related leadership roles, with proven success in global B2B environments.
  • Experience managing large, diverse, and international teams.
  • Ability to turn complex strategy into clear, actionable plans with measurable outcomes.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with a track record of leading successful product launches and market expansions.
  • Outstanding communication, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a strong sense of ownership and urgency.
