Performa Group è alla ricerca di una risorsa da inserire presso un importante cliente nel settore Finance. La figura selezionata si occuperà del coordinamento delle attività relative a MongoDB, fungendo da punto di riferimento tecnico interno sulla tecnologia e gestendo il rapporto tra il cliente e il fornitore che eroga il servizio di supporto.

Descrizione del ruolo

La risorsa sarà responsabile di affiancare il cliente nelle attività quotidiane riguardanti MongoDB, garantendo il corretto flusso di informazioni tra il team interno della banca e il fornitore esterno. È richiesta una buona conoscenza architetturale e operativa del prodotto, nonché la capacità di interagire efficacemente con le diverse strutture aziendali e i fornitori.

Requisiti tecnici richiesti

• Conoscenza approfondita di MongoDB, con competenze architetturali e operative
• Capacità di coordinare le attività tra cliente e fornitore
• Esperienza nell'interazione con team tecnici e non tecnici
• Conoscenza dei principali strumenti di gestione e monitoraggio di MongoDB
• Esperienza nella gestione e nell'uso di MongoDB

• Ottime capacità di comunicazione e negoziazione con fornitori e clienti
• Capacità di problem solving e gestione delle criticità
• Proattività e autonomia nel lavoro
