da inserire all’interno della divisione creativa in STAGE.
La risorsa lavorerà insieme al team creativo e sotto la guida del direttore creativo. Oltre alle competenze tecniche sull'utilizzo professionale dei software di montaggio e di grafica (After Effects, Premiere e Illustrator) dovrà mostrare capacità grafiche e creative, realizzare autonomamente proposte e edit da proporre al team, sulla base di uno script ricevuto, mostrando abilità nella ricerca del footage e nel produrre proposte grafiche adatte al brief.
Si richiede:
Una buona reel di progetti propri;
Esperienza in ambito Motion Graphics;
Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Adobe;
Ottima conoscenza dei software per il video editing e motion graphics (After Effects e Premiere);
Ottima competenza di grafica 2D;
Creatività, iniziativa, proattività e propensione al lavoro di squadra.

About The Role
We are looking for a designer skilled in both 2D static graphics (banner ads) and motion graphics (classic video editing and graphical animation) to join our performance marketing team. This role is essential to our marketing (UA) team and requires collaboration on a variety of creative projects, contributing to advertising campaigns across different platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Create 2D banner and motion ads for products on platforms like Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Stay up to date with Instagram and TikTok trends, with a strong sense of timing, spacing, and dynamics in video content.
- Generate images using AI tools.
- Participate in creative marketing team meetings and propose your own ideas.
- 3+ years of experience as a 2D Graphic and Motion Designer.
- Proficiency in Adobe software (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Strong skills in both static graphics and motion design.
- Basic knowledge of color theory, composition, and typography.
- For video content, a solid understanding of timing, spacing, and animation dynamics;
- Experience with AI image generators (understanding how to formulate prompts for optimal results).
- Creativity and ability to generate and develop new ideas.
- English language proficiency at B2 level.
- Portfolio with 2D banners and motion works required.
- Knowledge and understanding of TikTok trends.
- Keeping up with updates in the AI industry.

We are seeking an experienced Head of Creative Design to define and lead MinIO’s global brand and creative strategy. Reporting to the head of Corporate Marketing, this role will elevate the MinIO brand in the rapidly evolving AI and data infrastructure landscape, shaping a compelling visual identity and storytelling framework that differentiates MinIO in the market. The Creative Director will oversee the development of high-impact campaigns and assets across digital, social, and experiential channels—building deep affinity for the MinIO brand with customers, partners, and the broader industry, while ensuring creative excellence and consistency across all touchpoints.
What You Will Do- Creative Vision & Brand Leadership: Define, own, execute and measure effectiveness of MinIO’s creative strategy across brand, digital, and experiential channels. Lead the evolution of MinIO’s visual identity to differentiate our position in AI, storage, and data infrastructure landscapes. Drive brand consistency and creative excellence throughout all external and internal touchpoints.
- Campaigns & Marketing Creativity: Collaborate with product marketing, demand generation, and content teams to craft compelling, high-impact campaigns that resonate with target audiences. Oversee creative ideation, conceptual development, and execution across digital, social, events, and other brand activations. Deliver visually engaging, on-message assets for campaigns, collateral, and events (print, digital, video, etc.). Lead, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary creative team (e.g., designers, copywriters, motion artists, video producers). Partner with Communications, Content, Product Marketing, and Sales teams to foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, experimentation, and continuous improvement, ensuring creative alignment and a cohesive brand narrative. Support campaigns and launches with powerful visuals, motion design, and storytelling that elevate awareness of MinIO. Coordinate and manage creative schedules, budgets, vendors and deliverables to support brand and business goals.
- 5-7 years of creative leadership experience, with at least 3 years managing creative teams in high-growth B2B technology companies.
- Demonstrated success in building or evolving brands within B2B, and keen eye for differentiating in an AI “sea of sameness.”
- Strong portfolio showcasing excellence across digital, print, motion, and experiential design.
- Strong executive presence and presentation skills in order to socialize and sell in design concepts.
- Exceptional conceptual thinking, storytelling, and visual communication skills along with the ability and willingness to get tactical as needed.
- Proficiency in strategic creative planning, project management, and process workflows.
- Collaborative mindset with proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into elegant and compelling visual narratives.
- Startup or scale-up experience highly valued—self-motivated, resourceful, comfortable with ambiguity and imperfect timelines.

MinIO determines compensation based on several factors including but not limited to job location, experience, applicable skills and training, external market value, and internal pay equity. The salary range for this position is an average of $212,500. Actual offer will be based on your qualifications. For positions with Remote-US locations, the actual salary range for the position may differ based on location but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
