The TOP Provider Network Manager is responsible for the overall management of the Provider Network in its region, by managing the host nation providers in their portfolio. This involves coordinating internally key processes, acting as the escalation point for both internal and external provider related topics, as well as managing the collection and maintenance of provider related data. You will also ensure participating providers are educated and comply with the requirements of the program and of the agreed Medical Record Collection process.

This is a front line, provider facing, account management role, responsible for a clear and detailed engagement plan with providers. You will understand how they operate, and implement TRICARE driven requirements to achieve contractual scope and requirements.
This role requires an in-person, customer centric focus, operationally minded approach and the ability to influence senior provider stakeholders.
The role is also responsible for liaising and participating in cross functional teams and projects as required to support our provider base, including but not limited to working with the Program Management, Network Quality Teams, Network claims teams, Near patient staff, MRC team, technical teams, operations teams and International SOS local Global Assistance Network managers to ensure a service delivery and overall beneficiary satisfaction with the TRICARE Overseas Program and International SOS support services.

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Network Operations Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of all network devices, connections, links, peerings, and BGPs. The role will particularly focus on monitoring alarms, analyzing and mitigating issues, fixing network traffic, routing, and network device problems, as well as executing network capacity tasks. Flexibility to work out of business hours is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, monitor, and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices.
- Manage and/or optimize network connections, peerings, and BGP routing.
- Implement and maintain network configurations to ensure optimal performance and security.

Qualifications:

Skills:

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop the Network Operations Team.
- Ensure the best quality of service for the network infrastructure.
- Develop and assess the skills of team members.
- Monitor and ensure completion of activities and projects.
- Technically support teams during the analysis and troubleshooting phase.
- Approve strategies to improve network capacity and performance.
- Plan standard infrastructure expansion according to business requirements.
- Lead network upgrade projects.
- Manage incident and communication with internal teams.
- Administer vendors and coordinate ISP relations.
- Evaluate network services and providers.
- Manage budget to ensure the best solutions.
- Plan and organise disaster recovery and business continuity test.
- Ensure that security standards are maintained in procedures and configurations.
- Collaborate with other teams to address complex network problems.
- Review and validate configurations, operating procedures, and documentation.
- Provide support as an escalation point for the Network Operation Team.
- Support customer-facing teams with technical details.
- Review detailed reports on network performance, capacity planning and project status.
- Identify and propose improvements to network infrastructure and operations.
Experience
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Telco network operations and engineering or ISP
- Preferred experience with or exposure to CDN infrastructures.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Skills
- Strong Knowledge of: Internet Service Provider, Internet Exchange, Transit, Edge on net services, Peering configurations and troubleshooting, Dynamic routing protocols like BGP, OSPF, Data Center, colocations, racking, powering, interconnections, LOA, L2/L3 connectivity.
- Knowledge of network devices and configurations.
- Experience with Linux for network monitoring and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- People and time management
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Project Management Skills
Certifications
- CCNP or CCIE or equivalent certifications are preferred.

Network Operations ManagerJob Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Network Operations Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of all network devices, connections, links, peerings, and BGPs. The role will particularly focus on monitoring alarms, analyzing and mitigating issues, fixing network traffic, routing, and network device problems, as well as executing network capacity tasks. Flexibility to work out of business hours is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, monitor, and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices.
- Manage and/or optimize network connections, peerings, and BGP routing.
- Implement and maintain network configurations to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Monitor network alarms and respond to incidents swiftly to minimize downtime.
- Analyze network traffic to identify potential issues and bottlenecks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network performance issues and routing problems.
- Develop and execute strategies to mitigate network issues.
- Perform regular maintenance and upgrades to ensure network reliability.
- Collaborate with other teams to address complex network problems.
- Conduct network capacity planning to ensure scalability and performance.
- Execute network upgrades and expansions based on capacity requirements.
- Monitor network capacity and optimize resources for efficient utilization.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of network configurations, topologies, and procedures.
- Provide detailed reports on network performance, alarms, and incident resolutions.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices in all network operations.
- Provide on-call support as needed to address network issues outside of regular business hours.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays when required.
- Creation of custom scripts for monitoring and analysis.
- Preferred experience with or exposure to CDN infrastructures.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience in Telco network operations and engineering.
- Certifications: CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent certifications are preferred.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of network protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF), routing, and switching.
- Experience with network monitoring and analysis tools.
- Ability to respond quickly to network alarms and resolve issues efficiently.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Flexibility to work out of business hours.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
