Your Challenge

As a project controller your mission will be to ensure a high level of standards for the completion of all projects commercial/financial related matters and perform general controlling operations in the assigned business divisions. Your main activities will be to:

  • Manage the project throughout the project Life Cycle

  • Ensure the accuracy of project books and records, including recording of such in the appropriate systems , e.g. SAP - ensures compliance with Siemens-FRG and local Gaap requirements.

  • Ensure all related Project Reporting and Controlling activities.

  • Support the Project Manager with the analysis of the financial results according to defined targets and optimize the project gross profit, cash flow and assets and financing instruments.

  • Actively communicate with customer's commercial representatives and manage solving of commercial issues.

  • Together with the PM proactively setting up a contract and claim management in the project, including involvement and cooperation with the assigned contract manager.

  • Support the PM in identifying , evaluating and assessing risk and opportunities, strategies and response activities – taking over the full responsibility in this regard with respect to all commercial risks and opportunities.

  • Represent the project in the relevant decision boards internally and externally.

  • Act together with the team members according to the Business Conduct Guidelines and establish a culture of trust and integrity.

  • Support Business Administration Management of an assigned business organization.

  • Support completion of financial analysis, planning and controlling activities, and all related business administration activities.

  • Support consolidation of all accounting, financial reporting, and other finance related operations.

To be a perfect fit for this role, you:

  • Have an academic background and a Master’s degree in Economics or Management Engineering

  • Proven professional work experience as a project controller supporting project business and controlling activities preferably in B2B market

  • You have knowledge of SAP system

  • Ability to work in team, sometime located abroad, and think about everything from the customer perspective

  • Strong analytical and planning skills, risk management and ability to proactively propose improvement actions

  • Able to interact, creating a good environment, collaboration, teamwork and communicate effectively with people at all levels and cultures

  • Proven skills to work effectively in a collaborative environment

  • Have a proficient knowledge in English and Italian

  • Flexibility to work many several projects and prioritize autonomously

  • Passion to never -stop growing

  • Respect and appreciation of each person’s uniqueness, willingness to co create and share knowledge

  • Are eligibile to work in Italy

Your Challenge

As a Junior Project Controller, you will support project teams through comprehensive financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, analysis, and project control activities. You will also assist in developing digital finance skills and tools for the future.

Main activities include:

  • Preparing project cost calculations, Estimate-At-Completion (EAC), and variance analysis (budget vs actual)
  • Providing accurate data to enhance project profitability and performance metrics
  • Tracking, reconciling, and minimizing unbilled project balances
  • Monitoring and improving project cash flow
  • Conducting risk and opportunity assessments and developing mitigation plans
  • Preparing detailed monthly project forecasts
  • Ensuring timely and accurate project settlements and journal entries
  • Supporting audits and ensuring compliance with standards and policies
  • Collaborating with support teams and stakeholders across functions and locations
  • Analyzing future digital skills needs for finance roles
  • Seeking and participating in digital finance training
  • Contributing to digital initiatives within the company

Required qualifications:

  • Under 29 years old, recent master's graduate in economics or management engineering
  • Internship experience in finance and international exposure are advantages
  • Aspiring to develop a career in finance
  • Interest in digitalization
  • Knowledge of Office 365, SAP, Mendix is a plus
  • Ability to work in teams, possibly abroad, with a customer-focused mindset
  • Desire for continuous growth
  • Respect for diversity and willingness to share knowledge
  • Proficiency in English and Italian
  • Legal eligibility to work in Italy

Your Challenge

As a Junior Project Controller, you will be required to provide support for one or more project teams through providing comprehensive financial support and implementation of project management controls. Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, reporting & analysis, business process improvement, and month end project settlement activities.

In addition you will support the head of finance digital transformation in developing the future digital finance skills and tools needed for the finance role.

Some of your main activities will be:
  • To prepare project costs calculations and documentation, prepare Estimate-At-Completion (EAC) and variance analysis (budget vs actual)
  • Provide accurate information to drive project profitability and other performance metrics trough ad hoc project reporting and analysis as required
  • Track, reconcile and work to minimize project unbilled balances
  • Monitor and work to increase project cash flow
  • Prepare risk and opportunity assessments; develop and implement plan to mitigate risks
  • Prepare detailed monthly project rolling forecasts
  • Timely and accurate project settlement, prepare month end project journal entries
  • Support internal and external audits
  • Ensure project accounting is aligned with Government accounting standards as well as company policies and procedures
  • Interact with support teams including Corporate Accounting, IT, HR, Contracts, and Supply Chain Management and International stakeholders
  • Analyzing the digital skills needed for the finance role in the future
  • Actively search for trainings in digital finance
  • Contributing to the digital initiatives of the company

Required entry qualifications:
  • You are under 29 and a fresh graduate in master's degree in economics or management engineering
  • A 3-month finance internship experience is a plus as well as an international experience
  • Aspiration to develop a finance path and grow
  • Genuine interest for digitalization
  • Knowledge of office 365, SAP, Mendix will be a plus
  • Ability to work in team, sometime located abroad, and think about everything from the customer perspective
  • Passion to never-stop growing
  • Respect and appreciation of each person's uniqueness, willingness to co create and share knowledge
  • Proficiency in English and Italian
  • Eligibility to work in Italy

Your Challenge

As a Junior Project Controller, you will be required to provide support for one or more project teams through providing comprehensive financial support and implementation of project management controls. Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, reporting & analysis, business process improvement, and month end project settlement activities.

In addition you will support the head of finance digital transformation in developing the future digital finance skills and tools needed for the finance role.

Some of your main activities will be:
  • To prepare project costs calculations and documentation, prepare Estimate-At-Completion (EAC) and variance analysis (budget vs actual)
  • Provide accurate information to drive project profitability and other performance metrics trough ad hoc project reporting and analysis as required
  • Track, reconcile and work to minimize project unbilled balances
  • Monitor and work to increase project cash flow
  • Prepare risk and opportunity assessments; develop and implement plan to mitigate risks
  • Prepare detailed monthly project rolling forecasts
  • Timely and accurate project settlement, prepare month end project journal entries
  • Support internal and external audits
  • Ensure project accounting is aligned with Government accounting standards as well as company policies and procedures
  • Interact with support teams including Corporate Accounting, IT, HR, Contracts, and Supply Chain Management and International stakeholders
  • Analyzing the digital skills needed for the finance role in the future
  • Actively search for trainings in digital finance
  • Contributing to the digital initiatives of the company

Required entry qualifications:
  • You are under 29 and a fresh graduate in master's degree in economics or management engineering
  • A 3-month finance internship experience is a plus as well as an international experience
  • Aspiration to develop a finance path and grow
  • Genuine interest for digitalization
  • Knowledge of office 365, SAP, Mendix will be a plus
  • Ability to work in team, sometime located abroad, and think about everything from the customer perspective
  • Passion to never-stop growing
  • Respect and appreciation of each person's uniqueness, willingness to co create and share knowledge
  • Proficiency in English and Italian
  • Eligibility to work in Italy

Your Challenge

Job Description

We are looking for A320 pilots who hold or have held Flight Instructor (FI(A)) certificates with Instrument Rating IR(A) instructional privileges or Instructors holding or having held an IRI(A) certification, to join our instructor team. This role offers a unique opportunity to train future pilots in the Basic Phase of the MPL program, with a clear career path to become a Synthetic Flight Instructor (SFI) or Type Rating Instructor (TRI).

Role and Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality instruction to MPL cadets in the Basic Phase of training.
  • Conduct ground and flight training in accordance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Support and mentor cadets, ensuring they develop the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
  • Work collaboratively with other instructors and training management to continuously improve training delivery.

The role we are offering you

  • Pilots holding or having held the FI(A) with IR(A) instructional privileges or IRI(A) certification.
  • A minimum of 1500 hours of experience in a multi-crew environment in the A320 .
  • Candidates with experience as copilots who previously worked as flight instructors and have since gained airline experience on the A320 are encouraged to apply.
  • A strong desire to further develop a career in the training field with the potential to become an SFI or TRI in the future.

Your Role
  • Own and drive the search and discovery product vision and strategy, aligning with business goals.
  • Enhance product discovery by optimizing search performance, relevance, and personalization.

Your Profile
  • 6+ years of experience as a Product Owner, ideally in e-commerce or search.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills at leadership levels.
  • Analytical mindset, turning data into actionable insights.
  • Deep understanding of business strategy, metrics, and user-centric innovation.
  • Technical expertise in e-commerce, search (ideally Algolia), and personalization.
  • Experience with agile methodologies, A / B testing, and analytics tools (Webtrekk, Hotjar).
  • Fluent in German & English (spoken & written).
