Job Description
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Global Talent Acquisition team for a 12-month temporary contract. You’ll support global recruitment efforts with a focus on IT hiring in partnership with the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner and bring flexibility to also assist in other strategic business areas across SGS if required.
This role is ideal for a professional recruiter who is confident managing the entire hiring cycle, from sourcing to offer , enjoys building strong stakeholder relationships, and thrives in a fast-moving, multinational environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end recruitment for IT and corporate roles : from intake to sourcing, interviews, offer, and onboarding.
- Collaborate closely with the Senior TA Partner, hiring managers, and HRBPs to define hiring needs and tailor recruitment strategies.
- Source globally using LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced search techniques (Boolean, X-ray, networking).
- Provide flexibility to support hiring across other SGS business lines, depending on priorities.
- Ensure a professional and smooth experience for all candidates and stakeholders.
- Work autonomously while keeping strong communication and alignment with the team.
Qualifications
- Years ofexperience in recruitment (in-house, RPO, or agency), ideally with a focus on international IT or technical roles .
- Strong sourcing skills and proven ability to deliver full-cycle hiring across different geographies. You’re not afraid to chase outcomes, challenge the status quo, and drive hiring success.
- Professional, mature, and structured.You are detail-oriented, proactive , and committed to high-quality delivery.

Main responsibilities
- You act as a strategic HR Business Partner by coaching, supporting, and constructively challenging managers in all aspects of people management, ensuring alignment between business needs and HR strategy;
- You drive and execute HR processes across the employee life cycle (from onboarding to offboarding), ensuring their effective implementation in line with global standards and local requirements, while working closely with HR Centers of Expertise and coordinating with outsourced providers for administrative and transactional activities;
- Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team to deliver a seamless recruitment and onboarding experience, aligned with organizational goals and employer branding;
You provide guidance on performance management, coaching leaders to effectively set objectives, assess performance, and manage development conversations;
- Partner with people managers to identify and support individual career development opportunities, fostering a future-oriented talent pipeline;
- Develop and propose compensation and reward packages in accordance with global frameworks and business context. You work closely on reward projects with the Compensation & Benefits team;
- You handle employee relations matters, including performance concerns and conflict resolution, in a way that promotes a constructive and compliant work culture.
- Ensure compliance and act as a subject matter expert on local employment legislation, ensuring all HR practices comply with legal requirements and collective labor agreements, with the support of local consultants.
- Support and lead interactions with employee representatives and works councils, maintaining open and constructive social dialogue.
- Contribute to the design and deployment of global and local HR programs and initiatives, e.g. aiming at driving engagement in the team and foster a better communication and collaboration.
Requirements
- At least 5 years working experienceina HR Generalist / HR Business Partner role in an International organization
- Education to University degree level
- You can work as part of a global team, while at the same time having a hands-on and operational approach
- Results oriented; developing focused and realistic plans for one self and deliver expectations with the ability to exhibit resilience
- Demonstrate determination and flexibility to overcome barriers
- Our ideal candidate is self-motivated and enjoys a challenge
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels in the business
- You have good working knowledge of labor law and health & safety legislation in both Italy and Spain
Languages : Italian native proficiency and excellent English are a must have. Spanish language skills are a strong benefit.
Location: Your main office location will be Sesto San Giovanni near Milan, and includes the opportunity to work remotely up to 50% of your time. This role requires some travel-flexibility.
