Key job responsibilities
このポジションでは、採用、評価、配置、代謝といった一連の人事管理とDSで働く従業員の勤怠や労務環境を管理する労務管理について、ハンズオンなアプローチで責任を持って業務遂行して頂きます。
具体的には、人事データを分析し、DSの組織における問題点を特定し、タレントマネジメントを行うことで、組織横断的に戦略的な人事配置や人材開発を行なったり、パフォーマンスや言動に問題ある社員対応等、Employee Relations(ER)にも問題解決までの方向性を提案、道筋を立ててマネージャーと連携することもあります。
これらの業務を遂行するため、高いコミュニケーション能力とハンズオンのアプローチが必要です。
また、論理的かつ分析能力に優れ、労働法、組織開発、報酬・福利厚生等における幅広い知識を持っている必要があります。
DSの従業員構成は、製造業・物流業・小売業等と類似しており、年俸制の社員に加え、時間給パートタイマーや、派遣社員・請負労働者を含みます。

What you'll doWhat you'll do:
The Solution Sales Executive (SSE) in Human Capital Management (HCM) partners with the end-to-end account owner to drive solution specific sales motions, bring in domain expertise to solve customer business challenges, and grow the customer’s SAP footprint through renewal and expansion to support long term customer success.
- Generate demand, manage pipeline, and close opportunities
- Develop opportunity plans containing compelling solution value propositions
- Conduct White Space analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Work with wider account team on sales campaigns
- Manage customer relationships at the solution area/buying center level
- Progress opportunities for move to cloud/expand footprint accounts or accounts which are new to the solution area
- Utilize deep knowledge of how companies operate, business models, strategies, and end-to-end business processes
- Stay informed about SAP’s competition and value drivers
- Leverage SAP’s comprehensive team of experts and industry knowledge to effectively address customer needs
- Build customer participation in relevant SAP communities, programs, and events
- Facilitate collaboration with the partner ecosystem
What you bring
- Proven track record in business application software sales with overachievement of quota
- 3 – 5 years of experience in sales of business software/IT solutions
- Deep understanding of the solution and solution innovations
- Broad understanding of the SAP solution portfolio and the business processes it enables to drive customer value conversations
- Established relationships with account teams, Customer Business Office (CBO) teams, and relevant geo unit leaders
- Alignment with product/solution management teams and marketing organizations a plus
- Demonstrated success with large transactions and challenging sales pursuits
- Proven contractual and negotiation skills
- Experience driving renewals, expansions, and up-sells of subscription or perpetual license-based solutions
- Knowledge of financial, competitive, regulatory environment

You will be part of the Italy Human Resources team. In this role, you will support the business performance and achievement of company goals by implementing effective HR strategies in compliance with company guidelines. Your focus will be on enhancing managerial and leadership skills, fostering a performance culture, and improving employee experience.
An important part of your activity will be to build and establish strong business partnerships with all stakeholders within your organizational perimeter (both Managers and Employees) to achieve growth goals and organizational development through the following main activities:
- Ensure the execution of the people strategy at plant and site levels, aligning group business needs with local laws, union agreements, site specificities, and cultural approaches, supported by Local Centers of Excellence (CoE).
- Ensure two-way communication between Business and Local HR, collecting and reporting needs from the Group to challenge CoEs HR processes and deploying them coherently within the organizational perimeter.
- Act as the primary contact for business managers and employees, consulting CoEs on HR-related issues such as onboarding, performance management, evaluation committees, and salary reviews.
- Assist managers with recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, interviewing candidates, and making hiring recommendations.
- Provide employees with training and development opportunities, working with managers to identify and address skill gaps to meet local business needs.
- Guide talent rotation at the local level.
- Maintain positive labor relations by cultivating the site's union relationships.
- Monitor HR KPIs and define corrective actions for local businesses.
As part of the company, you will be expected to work collaboratively as part of the One HR Team in synergy with the HR group to improve effectiveness, cohesiveness, and collaboration, ensuring the best results for the business.
Profile
The ideal candidate:
- Holds a Master’s Degree in Economics, Psychology, Sociology, Communication, Political Sciences, or Law.
- Has at least 5 years of experience in human resources roles as an HR generalist or HR Business Partner, with extensive knowledge of all HR topics/workstreams (e.g., organization development, training, industrial relations), preferably acquired in complex international companies.
- Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills to work, interact, and coach effectively at all organizational levels.
- Is problem-solving and goal-oriented, capable of managing complexity.
- Describes themselves as a Culture Shaper, able to model and reinforce the company's leadership culture, engage key stakeholders to ensure culture alignment, and support change initiatives.

- Hai una laurea in ambito economico, giuridico o umanistico;
- Hai maturato almeno 5 anni di esperienza come HR Business Partner, meglio se in aziende strutturate o in ambienti dinamici;
- Conosci a fondo i processi HR e ti muovi con naturalezza tra operation, strategia e relazione;
- Sai comunicare in modo chiaro, costruire dialoghi efficaci e gestire anche situazioni complesse;
- Parli e scrivi bene in inglese;
- Se conosci strumenti HR come Workday o SuccessFactors, è un punto a favore.
