Reporting to the Corteolona Plant Business Management Control Manager, the responsibilities include:

• Collaborating in defining operational objectives of business units aligned with company strategy;
• Monitoring operational performance constantly, identifying deviations, and assessing the impact of corrective actions;
• Working in a multifunctional team on causes of deviations and solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness;
• Supporting the Plant Controlling Manager in preparing rolling forecasts, budgets, and KPI analysis;
• Contributing to weekly/monthly closings and reporting production;
• Evaluating returns on investment projects;
• Loading and extracting data in multifunctional databases used by the Group.

• Degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or related fields;
• 2-5 years of experience in management control roles;
• Good knowledge of English; knowledge of French is a plus;
• Proficiency in Office, especially Excel;
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills;
• Initiative and results-oriented mindset;
• Autonomy, flexibility, and time management skills;
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.

• Work location: Corteolona (PV).

La risorsa, riportando al Corteolona Plant Business Management Control Manager, avrà le seguenti responsabilità:

• Collaborare alla definizione degli obiettivi operativi delle unità di business in linea con la strategia aziendale;
• Monitorare costantemente le performance operative, identificando gli scostamenti e valorizzando gli impatti delle azioni correttive;
• Lavorare in team multifunzionale sulle cause degli scostamenti e soluzioni per migliorare efficienza ed efficacia;
• Supportare il Plant Controlling Manager nella preparazione di Rolling forecast, budget e analisi KPI;

• Esperienza di 2-5 anni in ruoli di controllo di gestione;
• Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, la conoscenza della lingua francese sarà considerata un plus;
• Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office, in particolare di Excel;
• Buona capacità organizzativa, di analisi e spiccata attitudine al problem solving;
• Spirito d'iniziativa e orientamento al risultato;
• Autonomia, flessibilità e capacità di time management;
