• You will work in a highly motivated team together with Sales Experts, Solution Consultants, and OpenText partners in the Italian and Central and Western European area.
• With a lot of personal responsibility, you will closely work with the customers to present, develop, and implement OpenText solutions by using your excellent communication skills and technical competence.

• Performing requirement analysis for prospects and customers by investigating the business processes and identifying a suitable Information Management solution
• Consulting our customers based on best-practice approaches for our products
• Creating solution design and concepts for implementation and for customizations of our software
• Designing and implementing data models best suited to our customers’ requirements
• Implementing Information Management solutions, including advanced configuration of content types and business processes as well as customization based on APIs, ensuring alignment with client needs and delivering high-quality results
• Taking an active part in Information Management projects together with the Client Directors, Project Leads and the Consultant team
• Advising the customer to utilize OpenText AI solutions to maximize the benefit of content in Information Management
