About the role

Join our team as a Portfolio Manager and play a strategic role in shaping the future of our product offerings across the group. This position requires a strong market orientation, analytical thinking, and the ability to influence and align multiple stakeholders across global business units.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Supporting group companies in the development and evolution of their product portfolios, offering guidance and reinforcement when needed;
  2. Monitoring product portfolio performance (offer, sales, and profitability) to identify and propose targeted commercial and portfolio optimization actions based on analytical insights;
  3. Analyzing market needs and competitor offerings to define the optimal portfolio structure and its evolution over time;
  4. Engaging with customers to extract essential value propositions and identify differentiating features;
  5. Translating value propositions into pricing strategies, including benchmark analysis and the definition of core and optional pricing components;
  6. Performing market sizing and financial modeling to assess competitor market share and identify growth opportunities;
  7. Collaborating with R&D teams to evaluate technical solutions and ensure they meet customer needs effectively in terms of technology and cost;
  8. Driving alignment and engagement across group companies by conveying urgency, vision, and a commitment to change.

What you need to be successful

  1. Master’s degree in Economics, Marketing, or a related field;
  2. At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within a complex and structured organization;
  3. Excellent analytical skills and strong critical thinking abilities;
  4. A natural curiosity and a proactive mindset;
  5. Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.

La persona si occuperà delle seguenti attività :

Responsibilities
  • Supportare la definizione del Piano Investimenti dell’Area di Business Airborne, tenendo conto delle priorità delle iniziative di investimento, in coordinamento con le altre Funzioni coinvolte (Strategie, Sales, Rischi, Planning).
  • Monitorare l’evoluzione del portafoglio prodotti dell’Area di Business Airborne, contribuendo alla definizione e aggiornamento delle roadmap di sviluppo prodotto.
  • Contribuire alla preparazione della reportistica verso l’Area di Business e verso la Divisione in merito a sviluppo prodotti, investimenti e relativi dati economici.
  • Supportare il processo di revisione ed approvazione dei Business Plan di Prodotto (BPP) presentati dai CTO di LoB e partecipare ad apposite Gate Review di Area di Business.
  • Monitorare l’andamento dei principali programmi di investimento e contribuire alla preparazione della reportistica verso il management.

Competenze e conoscenze tecniche :

  • Ottima conoscenza della suite MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point);
  • Ottime capacità di analisi e sintesi dei dati per riassumere informazioni complesse e comunicare in modo chiaro e conciso;
  • Conoscenza dell’applicativo SAP;
  • Esperienza nella conduzione di analisi e valutazioni economiche.

Fideuram ISPB - Associate Portfolio Manager

Scopo e Attività

  • supportare il Team Advisory Private in particolare nell’attività di advisory amministrato su equity e fixed income, attraverso la costruzione, il monitoraggio e l'aggiornamento di liste titoli e di richieste specifiche da parte della rete di Private Banking.
  • gestire la riorganizzazione e l’efficientamento della base dati del Team.

Esperienza Richiesta

  • Almeno 5–7 anni di esperienza con background gestionale su:
  • prodotti single stock di tipo azionario e obbligazionario;
  • fondi di fondi, incluse gestioni individuali e collettive.

Qualifiche Richieste, Skills e Competenze

  • Laurea in ambito economico o finanziario;
  • ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese;
  • buona conoscenza dei linguaggi di programmazione e gestione database in particolar modo PL-SQL, Phyton;
  • piena padronanza del pacchetto Office in particolare MS Excel, Word e Power Point.
