About the role

Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Hotel Portfolio Manager to oversee and support a diverse portfolio of 30–40 hotels across Southern Europe.

This key role focuses on maximizing partner satisfaction, strengthening relationships, providing guidance, and driving profitability through multiple distribution channels.

• Main point of contact for 30–40 hotels in the region.
• BUILD and maintain STRONG, long-term partner relationships.
• Provide proactive support to maximize satisfaction and retention.
• Support the wider portfolio with administrative tasks, including commission claims, RFPs, and group inquiries.
• Coordinate onboarding and system set-ups for new hotel partners.

La persona si occuperà delle seguenti attività :

• Supportare la definizione del Piano Investimenti dell’Area di Business Airborne, tenendo conto delle priorità delle iniziative di investimento, in coordinamento con le altre Funzioni coinvolte (Strategie, Sales, Rischi, Planning).
