About the role
Join our team as a Portfolio Manager and play a strategic role in shaping the future of our product offerings across the group. This position requires a strong market orientation, analytical thinking, and the ability to influence and align multiple stakeholders across global business units.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting group companies in the development and evolution of their product portfolios, offering guidance and reinforcement when needed;
- Monitoring product portfolio performance (offer, sales, and profitability) to identify and propose targeted commercial and portfolio optimization actions based on analytical insights;
- Analyzing market needs and competitor offerings to define the optimal portfolio structure and its evolution over time;
- Engaging with customers to extract essential value propositions and identify differentiating features;
- Translating value propositions into pricing strategies, including benchmark analysis and the definition of core and optional pricing components;
- Performing market sizing and financial modeling to assess competitor market share and identify growth opportunities;
- Collaborating with R&D teams to evaluate technical solutions and ensure they meet customer needs effectively in terms of technology and cost;
- Driving alignment and engagement across group companies by conveying urgency, vision, and a commitment to change.
What you need to be successful
- Master’s degree in Economics, Marketing, or a related field;
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within a complex and structured organization;
- Excellent analytical skills and strong critical thinking abilities;
- A natural curiosity and a proactive mindset;
- Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.

Posizione
Key responsibilities:
- Data collection and organization : analysis of financial, market, and operational data to monitor company performance and identify risks and opportunities
- Analytical support : Assistance to the CEO and team in evaluating portfolio performance, through quantitative analysis of returns, risks, and financial statements

**What You'll Be Doing**
As the eDriveline Portfolio Manager, your work will focus on these responsibilities
**System portfolio ownershi**
+ Develop the electromechanical driveline solutions for the off-road and heavy duty industry
+ Define and support system level portfolio strategy, pricing strategies and portfolio roadmap that align with divisional strategy and objectives
+ Ensure that the technology mix supports the commercial and technical requirements for the product portfolio
+ Understand the customer needs and challenges, and how our products can support their operations
+ Build technology requirement documents based on the business/marketing plans for new products and features

+ Develop and manage key stakeholders and partners including OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers

Chi stiamo cercando?
Energy Portfolio Manager, che si interfaccerà con le principali figure aziendali e riporterà direttamente al CEO, le cui responsabilità saranno:
- Gestione del portafoglio: Supervisione e gestione quotidiana dei portafogli gas e power, valutazione del P&L e del risultato operativo
- Gestione dei rischi: Identificazione, valutazione e gestione dei rischi elaborando procedure di mitigazione
- Reportistica e analisi delle performance: Creazione di report dettagliati sull’andamento dei portafogli e analisi dei KPI
- Reportistica e analisi delle performance della rete vendita: Creazione di report dettagliati sulle performance della rete vendita in termini di acquisizioni clienti e P&L
- Analisi di mercato: Monitoraggio delle dinamiche di mercato e analisi delle tendenze dei prezzi, con anche riferimento ai competitors
- Valutazione, controllo e monitoraggio dei dati P&L ed Operativi (actual e forecast)
Must have:
- Laurea in discipline scientifiche
- Conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Esperienza consolidata di 3-5 anni all’interno del settore energetico
- Ottima conoscenza di applicazioni informatiche avanzate per l’elaborazione di database complessi
- Ottima conoscenza degli strumenti di analisi dati avanzati
- Buona padronanza delle analisi finanziarie e degli strumenti di risk management
- Solide capacità di analisi di dati complessi, di precisione e di decisioni data-driven
- Capacità di lavorare in team e comunicare efficacemente con diversi stakeholder sia interni sia esterni
- Flessibilità, proattività e problem solving
Costituisce titolo preferenziale:
- La capacità di elaborare algoritmi in termini funzionali
- L’utilizzo di un linguaggio di programmazione per la scrittura di semplici macro
- Esperienza nell'uso di software di gestione dei portafogli energetici
