JOB PURPOSE
To be the owner of the business, a Company Brand Ambassador and a business leader, accountable for overall store performance. To guarantee an extraordinary Client experience, being present on the sales floor, leading and supporting all activities to achieve store targets.
To manage and coach the store team and to ensure succession plans and internal growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES BUSINESS- Drive and maximize sales performances.
- Propose and develop business plans.
- Drive the store team to exceed their KPIs.
- Represent the Company on the local market, identifying new opportunities to increase customer footfall, attract new Clients and build a loyal relationship with the brand.
- Be present on the sales floor, ensuring a proper approach and service to the Clients.
- Foster the Omni Channel development through the team.
- Meet the store-operating budget, controlling store expenses.
- Foster a Client centric mindset by developing and maintaining solid Client relationships.
- Guarantee an excellent Client satisfaction and the highest level of Client service.
- Implement, in partnership with other company functions, clienteling initiatives and events, securing Client loyalty and increasing Client spending.
- Foster a strong private appointment culture.
- Promote an entrepreneurial and team spirit using effective communication, ensuring efficient organization and professional growth.
- Ensure the team is always prepared and updated on the Prada Group main information, product knowledge, local market, competitors, policies and procedures.
- The ideal Store Manager is able to attract and recruit the best talents available on the market through networking and scouting.
- Develop a proper sales strategy, in cooperation with the Retail Merchandising, Visual Merchandising and Retail Operations teams.
- Ensure that the display attracts Clients and maximizes sales in accordance with Company guidelines.
- Participate in the buying session when requested and in any case provide effective product feedback based on store needs.
- Ensure synergy and cooperation between front and back of house.
- Responsible for the enforcement of Company procedures on cash activity, inventory, logistics and all the main reporting activities requested by the head office.

IL TUO RUOLO COME TEAM MANAGER IN PRIMARK:
- Un ruolo dinamico e coinvolgente, grazie al quale trascorrerai la maggior parte della giornata sul piano vendita con il tuo team, i nostri clienti e il prodotto
- Guiderai, formerai e farai crescere una squadra di almeno 10 persone, favorendo il loro sviluppo professionale
- Coordinerai le principali aree del negozio (casse, camerini, magazzino o cash office)
- Potrai gestire un intero reparto, affiancato da un Manager Senior, analizzando i KPI e ottimizzandone le performance
- Avrai la possibilità di effettuare ordini di grandi volumi di merce, assicurandoti che ogni area funzioni al meglio
- Sei una persona dinamica, proattiva e con un forte spirito di leadership
- Hai almeno un anno di esperienza come Manager nel settore Retail o GDO
- Sei disponibile al trasferimento immediato sul territorio nazionale – con la possibilità di esprimere una preferenza tra Area Nord o Area Centro Sud
- Inquadramento al 2° livello del CCNL del Commercio - Distribuzione e Servizi
- RAL a partire da € 31.000, con possibilità di adeguamento in base all'esperienza

As Studio Manager for Prada Linea Rossa, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating the creative and operational flow of collections across multiple product categories. In this role, you will act as a point of reference for the Design Studio, ensuring alignment between creativity and operational strategy: planning, coordinating, and overseeing the execution of creative projects, empowering design teams to focus on concept and craft, and directly managing timelines, resources, and cross-functional collaboration (retail, product, brand) to deliver impactful and on-brand results.
In this position, the person will also act as a project leader, supporting the development of a team culture focused on innovation and creativity.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage end-to-end planning and execution of creative studio projects across all channels (product, campaign, retail, digital).
- Define and track project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables aligned with brand and business goals.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with design, marketing, merchandising, retail, product development, and external partners.
- Implement efficient workflows and project management tools to optimize studio operations and creative output.
- Act as liaison between creative and business teams, ensuring clear communication of vision, priorities, and feedback.
- Manage allocation of internal and external creative resources, supporting hiring, onboarding, and freelance coordination.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Degree in Luxury Management/ Industrial Design or equivalent
5/7 years of experience as Studio or Collection Coordinator/Executive Assistant within Fashion & Luxury Brands (One prior experience in the Footwear Industry will be considered a strong plus)
Proficient in project management tools such as Trello, Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms
Proven Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams (design, product development, merchandising, retail) within a fast-paced, creative environment
Mastery of Excel, PPT and other presentation tools
Fluent in English and Italian
Leadership and team facilitation in cross-functional environments
