Lavorando all'interno del Team di Gestione dei Progetti di Integrazione e in stretta collaborazione con le altre divisioni aziendali, la risorsa sarà responsabile della gestione e dell'esecuzione dei progetti di integrazione tra gli applicativi prodotti da Ebit e i gestionali che compongono il sistema informativo dell'Azienda Sanitaria.
Supervisione e gestione di tutte le fasi del progetto di integrazione in ambito Medical IT tra i sistemi RIS/CIS/PACS di Ebit e i software gestionali del sistema informativo ospedaliero, utilizzando i principali standard di integrazione e interoperabilità in ambito sanitari:
Analisi dei flussi e dei requisiti di progetto;
Stesura e revisione delle specifiche del flusso di integrazione e dei test;
Gestione delle relazioni con terze parti e con il cliente, in sinergia con il Project Manager dell'impianto;
Configurazione ed eventuali personalizzazioni delle componenti software di integrazione;
Laurea in Informatica, Ingegneria Informatica, Ingegneria Biomedica (o titoli equipollenti) oppure esperienza equivalente;
Conoscenza approfondita dei flussi di lavoro nel settore Healthcare e delle principali integrazioni con applicazioni pertinenti (HIS, ADT, Repository, FSE, PACS), nonché degli standard di integrazione e interoperabilità sanitaria (DICOM, HL7, FHIR, CDA2, XDS) e dei profili di integrazione IHE;
Esperienza nell'utilizzo di sistemi di trasmissione messaggi (API, REST, SOAP, Web Services, Socket), con particolare attenzione alla sicurezza dei canali di comunicazione, inclusa la gestione di crittografia, autenticazione e protezione dei dati;
Conoscenza di database relazionali e linguaggio SQL;
Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
Conoscenza del middleware di integrazione Mirth Connect ed esperienza nell'utilizzo di JavaScript per personalizzazioni e trasformazioni;
Competenze di base in Project Management per la gestione e il coordinamento di progetti.
Ottime capacità organizzative, con attitudine alla pianificazione e gestione efficace di attività e priorità.;
Spiccate capacità analitiche e di problem-solving per affrontare e risolvere le sfide in modo proattivo;

Lead Project Planning Specialist will be collaborating with others to build the best solutions for our business. As a Project Planner, you will be responsible for project delivery, profit & loss accountability and customer satisfaction through management of project related activities and resources.
Being a Lead Project Planning Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Creating project plan, providing target dates and timing base line to involved functions, prioritizing critical tasks and constraints, making sure they are accurately integrated into project planning scenario.
- Evaluating and analyzing jointly risks and issues affecting project results and identifying actions to shorten execution and delivery leadtime
- Guaranteeing other functions have access to accurate reports and projections and relevant documents are available for the customer.
- Updating and reviewing the Project Schedule, assessing and verifying the activities progress, identifying current or future risks, and proposing solutions to mitigate them.
- Maintaining the progress & main schedule risks for each project and regularly communicate updates to his/her manager.
- Working closely with internal functions and site team, preparing when needed mitigation plan.
- Showing summary indicators such as summary schedules, forecast milestones, project KPI and prepare high level presentations for management and customer reviews.
- Keeping track of project financial milestones related to billing & sales events, preparing forecast projections and target Vs actual gap analysis.
- Monitoring fulfillment activities, certifying completeness KPIs during the project closure phase until the hand off to Site operations team.
- In case of site execution, planning and controlling site installation activities from the site opening to the final commissioning of the plant.
To be successful in this role, you will have a
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited university or college.
- Excellent project management skills, experience with Agile methodologies is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Very good organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in an exciting environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Very good knowledge of O365 apps (at least very good at MS Excel, experience with Sharepoint, PowerApps, Forms and Flow), knowledge of systems such as Oracle ERP and Primavera P6 is advantageous.
- Good knowledge/experience in Lean Six Sigma.
- Fluency in English
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Ability to influence others and lead small teams. Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact. Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously. Effective problem identification and solution skills. Proven analytical and organizational ability.

Roles and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible to manage collection, update, monitoring of metrics of key initiatives relevant to CPS team, monitoring operations and driving improvements in terms of processes, tools and alignment between other functions, regions and HQ. The candidate is expected to work closely with Product Leadership and Sales.
Specifically, it will deal with:
- ensure consistent collection of CPS budgeting from Strategic DTI, NPD investments and consultancies spending and Global workload monitoring;
- drive an operating rhythm with CPS Team as appropriate to update and monitor initiatives and opportunities at product line level and provide aggregate global perspective;
- CPS PMO will collect, update and monitor NPD, program and initiatives KPIs, to ensure they are on time on budget, and revert back to product line leaders for actions;
- CPS PMO will support projects and NPD prioritization, KPI monitoring, also supporting the capital allocation process for new investments and LRP;
- tools: assess and improve existing tools needed to support strategic DTIs initiatives liaising also with Engineering team.
Requirements:
- Have a Bachelor Degree, preferably in Engineering related fields;
- demonstrate experience with program management or project management;
- demonstrate effective communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence teams, and stakeholders;
- be a self-starter, proactively taking the initiative to solving problems and providing resolutions;
- have excellent oral and written communication skills, be fluent in English;
- have experience in program/project management and managing external delivery partners;
- able to work on common IT tools and softwares;
