We are looking for a Product Management Specialist who will be part of our Product Management team to develop our products portfolio and roadmap in line with corporate strategy and market trends.
The Product Management Specialist will collaborate with many internal stakeholders such as Sales, Marketing, Project Management, Industrial Engineering, as well as worldwide customers to gather, analyze and translate new insights and ideas into value to improve the competitiveness of the products and customer performance.
- Define the new products in collaboration with R&D, Marketing, Project management and Sales, identifying the specific technical characteristics
- Interact and collaborate with Sales team to collect and analyze customer’s requests
- Collaborate with Project Management and R&D to manage the product Roadmap and select new ideas to be implemented in the current machine park and/or in new R&D projects
- Manage the product life cycle from the identification of market/customer needs, product launch activities (such as commercial material and training for the sales force) up to the product phase out
- Manage new product launches also by developing commercial material such as offer descriptions, brochures, presentations, videos, …
- Present and promote the new products to sales force by delivering training sessions and webinars
- Define technical product modifications on existing machinery in collaboration with Project Management, R&D, Development and Industrial Engineering taking into account the time required and the impact on performance
- Evaluate Product Portfolio economic value and manage the Price list, monitoring also performance and results over time
- Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and customer needs in collaboration with Marketing, Sales and Project Management teams
- Visit customers, partners or other stakeholders and attend national and international events
- Master’s Degree in Engineering or Economics
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role is highly preferred
- Strong technical skills, in managing all product lifecycle stages in manufacturing and innovation oriented contexts
- Excellent knowledge of English and Italian language
- Proficiency with MS Office and especially with MS Project
- Team worker and collaboration facilitator
- Strong communication and public speaking skills
