Purpose and ScopeAs Data Analyst at the Renal Research Institute (RRI), Fresenius Medical Care, this role will be pivotal to supporting clinical data initiatives for the Europe, Middle East, Africa (EMEA) region. Working alongside the analytics teams within RRI and the Global Medical Office (GMO), the ideal candidate will assist with data driven decisions in the organization. Key responsibilities also include supporting GMO/RRI analytics team with data to advance clinical decision-making, data science efforts, research, and real-world evidence efforts. This role will also act as a cross-functional liaison between the RRI analytics team and the Information Technology Services (ITS) team to ensure continuity, quality, and integrity of data within the data warehouse.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities- Conduct data extractions from complex database using SQL queries.
- Work with stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of the data, data entry processes, and data infrastructure.
- Address complex data access and extraction challenges by proposing and implementing solutions at the warehouse level when appropriate.
- Conduct clinical data analysis and provide interpretation to support business and clinical decisions across the EMEA and other regions.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize reports to support Global Clinical Quality initiatives.
- Collaborate with senior GMO executives on high-impact projects, including Hemodiafiltration (HDF) expansion and other strategic initiatives.
- Support translation of complex data insights into clear and actionable recommendations for global stakeholders.
- Work closely with business intelligence and data management teams in GMO and ITS to optimize data workflows, ensure data integrity and investigate data issues.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Public Health, Statistics, Computer Science, or related discipline), or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong analytical mindset with high precision, attention to detail, and a natural aptitude for data analysis and problem-solving.
- Ability to explore and interpret datasets, apply basic descriptive statistical concepts.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and transformation.
- Nice to have working knowledge of Python and/or R and/or SAS for data analysis, scripting, and automation.
- Proven commitment to data quality, integrity, and structured validation methods.
- Verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Good working knowledge of English, with the ability to communicate effectively in an international, English-speaking work environment.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across time zones and multicultural environments.
- Quick learner with adaptability to new tools, technologies, and evolving data environments.

DATA ANALYSTThis is a fantastic opportunity to join MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company, the global leader in maritime shipping, and play a key role in supporting MSC’s strategy for digitalisation and business growth. As a Data Analyst-Data Modeller you will be part of MSC’s BI team, an agile and global team delivering an interconnected data platform to serve business users, products, and data science across business domains. The Data Analyst – Data Modeller will be responsible for designing data solutions that move data from source to target. The Data Analyst-Data Modeller will also ensure the data is of a high quality in order to be trusted by downstream users. The successful candidate must have solid hands-on experience with data modelling, data mappings, designing data flows and data solutions in the areas of data warehousing and/or big data.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Collaborate with the Product Owner, Business Analysts and stakeholders to understand the business requirements

- Support the Data Architect in developing data architecture

Il profilo, inserito nella nuova funzione di HR Analytics, avrà la responsabilità dell’analisi dei dati al fine di supportare decisioni strategiche aziendali. - Analisi e valutazione dei KPI e dei driver alla base del dimensionamento delle varie funzioni aziendali;
- Elaborazione di analisi e verifiche di efficienza e coerenza organizzativa, interpretando benchmark di settore e best practice, con la strutturazione di scenari di medio – lungo periodo, a supporto di analisi predittive;

- Modellizzazione di impatti economici e relative sensitivity;

Requisiti
- Diploma di Laurea in Statistica, Matematica, Ingegneria o assimilabili;
- Esperienza tra i 3-5 anni in primarie società di consulenza o in contesti strutturati dove la complessità del dato è elemento distintivo;
- Background professionale che rispecchi le seguenti conoscenze e competenze:
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel;
- Capacità di tradurre i dati in insight chiari e comprensibili a supporto delle decisioni aziendali.
- Utilizzo avanzato di strumenti di BI e dashboarding (es. Power BI, Tableau o simili);
- Conoscenza di sistemi di gestione e analisi dei dati (preferibile esperienza con SAP, Workday, SuccessFactors).
- Capacità di sviluppare analisi di scenario e simulazioni di sensitività per supportare la pianificazione e il decision making.
