La figura selezionata verrà inserita in ufficio tecnico e si occuperà di disegnare e progettare stampi e packaging rigido.

Le principali responsabilità includono:

  1. Progettazione di stampi e packaging rigido, in particolare per il settore alimentare.
  2. Utilizzo di software Solid Edge per la realizzazione di disegni tecnici.
  3. Collaborazione con il team tecnico, R&D e qualità per la gestione delle fasi di sviluppo e prototipazione.
  4. Miglioramento continuo del processo.

Requisiti richiesti:

  1. Provenienza dal settore carta o plastica.
  2. Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo.
  3. Diploma o Laurea ad indirizzo tecnico o meccanico.
  4. Conoscenza di Solid Edge.

Orario di lavoro: full time, giornata.

Il nostro cliente è una realtà metalmeccanica nata negli anni 70, che progetta e realizza impianti industriali e sistemi integrati di nuove tecnologie, esportati in tutto il mondo. Nel 2025 entra a far parte di una realtà friulana in forte crescita a livello nazionale e internazionale integrando la competenza dell'ingegneria italiana.

Per il plant in provincia di Bergamo che conta oggi 50 dipendenti, stiamo ricercando un/una Progettista Meccanico Packaging.

La risorsa, a riporto della Direzione Tecnica del plant bergamasco, si occuperà di progetti tecnici di macchine per soddisfare le diverse esigenze di imballaggio.

Nello specifico di occuperà di:

- gestire lo sviluppo di progetti meccanici complessi inerenti il settore packaging industriale; - realizzazione di disegni e di tavole esecutive per l'officina; - organizzazione, creazione e gestione delle distinte base - identificazione dei requisiti di produzione e delle relative condizioni di fabbricazione dei componenti progettati; - gestione delle richieste di modifica da parte della Produzione, della Qualità e dell'Ufficio acquisti; - supporto nella risoluzione di problematiche sul campo.

Si richiede:

- background formativo ad indirizzo tecnico, preferibilmente meccanico, e/o ingegneristico; - esperienza di almeno 5 anni in analoga funzione e settore; - buona conoscenza della lingua inglese; - padronanza di programmi di progettazione CAD 3D (preferibilmente P CREO), CAD 2D (ME10) e PDM. - Ddisponibilità a trasferte brevi anche all’estero. - costituisce titolo preferenziale l'esperienza in aziende operanti nella produzione di presse o nelle lavorazioni di materiali termoplastici.

Completano il profilo:

- Attitudine alla risoluzione dei problemi e orientamento al risultato; - buone capacità relazionali e di lavoro in team; - precisione e affidabilità; - spirito di iniziativa.

JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Packaging Designer - softgood industry will create concept pack design, lead materials in order to create core & secondary / special edition packaging in line with brand ID of the brands

  • Visualize creative concepts and designs for core packaging & special editions with focus on soft good packaging.
  • Create original designs for products and collections that are compliant with target, quality and production requirements;
  • Good knowledge of softcase developments
    • Good knowledge of materials ( textile / leather …) on different area ( luxury / entry / premium ) and how they can interact in a packaging
  • Monitor the marketplace to identify opportunities to stay ahead of the competitors.
  • Create original designs for products and collections that are compliant with target, quality and production requirements
  • Engage with various categories to maintain consistency throughout the Collection or Special Project.
  • Participate in prototype development making models in 3D and constructing material mock-ups;
  • Ensure design from first mockup to last sampling before production
  • Participate in fittings, providing feedback and making necessary adjustments;
  • Maintain clear and ongoing communication with suppliers or internal production stakeholders, providing detailed specifications for drawings & materials ; offering solutions for any challenges encountered.
  • Supervise and lead state of the art adaptations of designs and ensure impeccable design sample of final artwork files created by prototypes departments & pre productions sampling.
  • Design and manage technical drawing process in collaboration with engineering and conduct industrial trials
  • Maintain an organized archive of design concepts, samples, and materials;
  • Good cooperation with PM , engineering
