**Key duties**
- To manage the assigned budget in term of Cost and Schedule Control of the Programs.

- Provide support to all bid and/or project stakeholders, including those belonging to other Domains or Competence Centers when participating to the bid and/or to the project
- Report evidence of gaps and drifts as soon as appearing, for the benefit of the Bid
Manager, the Project Manager and the WP Manager and propose recovery plans
- Structuring and planning: provide assistance to the Project Manager when defining the PBS, WBS, OBS, Master Schedule and RAM - Consolidate corresponding workload.
- Consolidating CBB/EAC: liaising with the Finance Controller, consolidate budget and costs, perform gap analysis.
- Managing Risks & Opportunities: elaborate and maintain the Risks & Opportunities Register, track risk mitigation and opportunities shaping plans.
- Producing KPIs: prepare reporting and ensure action plan follow-up.
- Monthly Progress report preparation with program core team and i/fwith Customer for clarification aspects if requested
- Preparation of internal Companymonthly Dashboard jointly with CFO

**Posizione**:
