Posizione:

La risorsa si occuperà di:

1. Budget (redazione di budget interni e bancari)
2. Controlli di bilancio
3. Calcolo del DSCR in conseguenza di una eventuale ripartizione
4. Reporting mensile (analisi degli scostamenti tra budget e dati consuntivi)
5. Valore patrimoniale netto (analisi e valutazione trimestrale dei valori futuri dei dati aziendali)
6. Base Case (aggiornamento semestrale del modello del base case, richiesto dalle banche finanziatrici)
7. Verifica delle conformità in riferimento all'Accordo di finanziamento del portafoglio rifinanziato
8. Gestione della fatturazione attiva (vendita a trader e vendite al Gestore dei Servizi Energetici)
9. Verifica delle attività di tesoreria per definire gli investimenti a monte e degli impianti
10. Reportistica operativa, supervisione del comportamento degli impianti sulla base del formato richiesto dalle banche finanziatrici.

Requisiti:

• Laurea magistrale in Ingegneria Gestionale, Ingegneria Meccanica, Economia o discipline affini.
• Esperienza pregressa in società che operano per commessa
• Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
• Competenza nel controllo di gestione e contabilità
• Competenze tecniche nella gestione finanziaria
• Padronanza di Excel e SAP
• Esperienza in budgeting, forecasting e analisi degli scostamenti, conoscenza di IFRS e analisi finanziaria.

Principali responsabilità:

• Predisposizione della proiezione di spesa annuale/quadriennale e monitoraggio degli scostamenti rispetto al pianificato per WBS;

• Elaborazione e consegna entro il 9 di ogni mese dei SAL clienti con la documentazione a supporto; monitoraggio erosione ordini cliente;
• Elaborazione e consegna degli stanziamenti attivi tra il 25 e il 29 del mese, salvo diverse indicazioni che saranno comunicate;
• Predisposizione e controllo ordini di vendita, da inserire in sistema SAP/Easyproject entro l’ultimo giorno lavorativo del mese: output invio richiesta OdV a sistema.
• Laurea ad indirizzo tecnico o economico;
• 1 anno di esperienza nel ruolo;

• Manage and improve the asset management project, support the digitalization programme;
• Support the development of better planning processes and tools to enhance project management practices.

Requirements

Mandatory requirements:

• Technical diploma;
• At least 3 years of experience in project control, planning, or management roles within complex organizational infrastructures projects;
• Expertise in creating and analyzing Gantt charts, reports and infographics for project updates;
• Fluency in Italian, written and spoken and good knowledge of English – HT is an international institute.

Preferred requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architectural or a related field;
• Certification in project management tools or methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) is desirable;
• Previous experience in public sector is considered a plus.

Organizational and social skills:

• Accurate and reliable;
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills;
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities to interact with diverse stakeholders;
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset to identify critical paths and propose solutions.

Salary range: € 35 - € 42k based on experience and seniority.
