OverviewAs Project Engineer, you will join our Department of Project Management, in the Business Line Energy Carriers, conducting the activities below.
Responsibilities- Coordinates the preparation of reporting for specific activities of the project execution as defined, case by case, by the PM.
- Assists the Project Manager during project planning, e.g. preparation of the Project Execution Plan (PEP) and other project procedures and plans.
- Assists in the allocation of resources and in the assessment of the man-hours required to prepare/update the Project Mobilization Plan (PMP).
- Coordinates specific activities (internal or external to the project), related but not limited to project management, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, at home office or at site.
- Prepares the Project External Interfaces Management Procedure and identifies, categorizes and manages the Project External Interfaces.
- Prepares the Project Risk Management Plan, manages the risk assessment and risk response activities, issuing and quarterly updating the Project Risk Register.
- Prepares the Vendor Assistance on Site Procedure, manages the Project Vendor Assistance on site from notification of Vendor intervention until completion, monitoring costs, reviewing the schedule of the interventions, and reporting periodically on status and criticalities.

Responsabilities:
The selected candidate will operate within the Global Combat Air Programme, inside the Flight Systems Engineering Integration Team, that is an international team composed of employees from the industry Partner Companies constituting the Joint Venture that will act as prime contractor for the programme.
Flight Systems are defined as the set of systems that provide all the functions regarding the ability to effectively and safely control and manage the aircraft in all flight phases.
In this context, the selected candidate will report hierarchically to the Italian lead of the Flight System Engineering Integration Team and will be functionally tasked by the programme management organisation.
He/she will be responsible to interface with the different Flight Systems teams in three different countries, in order to support them with the definition of the schedules and planning activities relevant to the design and development of their subsystems.
He/she will be in charge to develop the Flight Systems Engineering Integration Team schedule with technical support from the team members, and to collect and integrate all the inputs from the Flight Systems subsystems teams into an overall Flight Systems schedule.
He/she will monitor the progress of the activities, through regular statusing events.
He/she will report regularly on the progress of the activities to the Flight Systems Engineering Integration Team and, upon delegation of Flight Systems Engineering Integration Team leader, periodically and with the established cadence, to the higher level management organisation. This will include providing suitable input to the earned value process.

Per lo stabilimento di Montecchio Emilia (Reggio E.), siamo alla ricerca di un project engineer.
La figura individuata si occuperà di:
- Affiancare il Technical Manager nella realizzazione di progetti relativi all’avvio di nuovi impianti, secondo quanto indicato dalle direttive aziendali
- Affiancare il Technical Manager nella definizione di progetti finalizzati all’ottimizzazione dei flussi produttivi, qualitativi e di sicurezza

- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office (Word, Excel)
- Ottime conoscenze dei pacchetti specifici relativi al disegno tecnico, SOLID WORKS e AUTOCAD
- Conoscenza del disegno tecnico sia nella realizzazione dei pezzi che nella lettura dello stesso
- Conoscenza dei metalli e altri materiali presenti sui macchinari produttivi e la loro reazione all’usura e stress produttivo
- Conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Capacità di comunicazione e lavoro in team
- Precisione, senso di responsabilità, affidabilità
Qualification :
- Laurea in ingegneria meccanica o similari
- Minimo 3-5 anni di pregressa esperienza in ruoli similari (all'interno di ufficitecnici del settore metalmeccanico)

Summary Of Role
Assures that the provided scope of supply complies to the contract from technical and quality point of view. It is responsible for the execution of the technical aspects of the project
Principle Job Responsibilities
Identifies and sets for all the Technical Team the Directives and the Technical Standards to follow
With the support of the Team Managers, selects the resources to be appointed to the various tasks of the project.
It is accountable for the good technical execution of the project, mainly Electrical Drawings, Application Software and Commissioning.
Provides the Project Documents.
Ensures fast and direct communication with the customer about technical issues, specifications, needs, information, etc…
Provides support to Sales and Proposals for technical aspects
Travel Requirements
Availability to travel for technical meeting or technical survey of the projects followed.
Required Qualifications And Experience
Degree Engineering/Electronics/Informatics
Junior High School (5 years) electrical/electronic
Good English
Electrical knowledge of low-voltage systems
Automation knowledge of Programmable Logic Controller, Human Machine Interface, and Field Bus.
Experience on Electric designing or engineering
Experience on Automation Engineering, application software development and commissioning

Project Engineer - Settore Oil & Gas - Livorno Il tuo ruolo
- Gestirai la commessa dal punto di vista tecnico e gestionale, garantendo tempi, costi e qualità.
- Sarai il punto di riferimento tra cliente, fornitori e partner internazionali.
- Collaborerai con team multidisciplinari per lo sviluppo di soluzioni processistiche e meccaniche.
- Redigerai report tecnici e di avanzamento progetto settimanali e mensili.
- Coordinamento tecnico e monitoraggio delle attività di ingegneria (processo e meccanica).
- Gestione documentale e controllo avanzamento lavori in sinergia con il project manager.
- Partecipazione a riunioni tecniche e gestione dei feedback con clienti e società partner.
- Supporto alla pianificazione, validazione delle specifiche tecniche e gestione fornitori.
- Laurea in Ingegneria (preferibilmente Meccanica o di Processo).
- Almeno 5 anni di esperienza come Project Engineer, preferibilmente nel settore Oil & Gas.
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana e buona conoscenza dell’inglese tecnico.
- Capacità di interfacciarsi con clienti e fornitori internazionali, forte orientamento alla gestione di progetto.
