Your Challenge

As a Project Engineering Manager, your mission will be to independently manage small projects or collaborate with the Project Manager on larger, more complex initiatives. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Supervision of engineering activities: Oversee projects for MV SWGRs for a global business unit that focuses on electrical substations, PV plants, and energy storage systems.
• Technical development and implementation: Develop material specifications, wiring diagrams preparation and follow-up to ensure proper and effective implementation.
• Project monitoring: Follow up on assigned projects from handover, through fabrication, testing, up to customer delivery.
• Support during installation and commissioning: Perform follow-up of site installation and actively participate in the plant commissioning phase.
  
  

• Knowledge in electrotechnical specialization and multiple disciplines.
• 3+ years of experience in the field, demonstrating key responsibilities and knowledge.
• Good knowledge of MV switchgear technology with protection and control systems.
• Technical High School Diploma or Engineering University Degree (Electrical background preferred).
• Collaboration with Supply Chain for vendor documentation, bids, proposals, materials, and equipment.
• Good organizational skills to manage multiple inquiries in a timely and professional manner, with attention to detail and strong time and task management.
• Availability to travel to Siemens and third-party factories for factory acceptance tests.
• Passion to never-stop growing

Posizione: Entrerai a far parte della struttura Engineering, presso una delle nostre sedi del territorio romano e supporterai le attività di analisi, progettazione, realizzazione, esercizio e supporto post-operativo di sistemi in ambito Air Traffic Management, con particolare focus sui seguenti task:

• curare la definizione dei requisiti ed il system design di architetture, soluzioni networking ed IT ad alta complessità ed affidabilità;

Requisiti:

• Laurea Magistrale/Specialistica in discipline STEM;
• Esperienza nel ruolo di Project/System Engineer, almeno triennale, maturata in contesti affini;
• Esperienza nella gestione tecnica del progetto, inclusa la definizione delle soluzioni ed il coordinamento del team nelle fasi realizzative fino all’accettazione da parte del cliente, nel rispetto dei vincoli di Qualità e Costo;
• Conoscenza di sistemi operativi Windows Server e RHEL, con particolare focus su soluzioni di alta affidabilità;
• Conoscenza dei principi e protocolli di networking L2 e L3 (es.: Switching, Routing, VLAN, RSTP, ecc.);
• Esperienza nella redazione di documentazione di progetto secondo standard di riferimento (es. MIL-498);
• Conoscenza della lingua inglese al livello B2 o superiore (Riferimento: CEFR);
• Conoscenza della lingua italiana al livello C1 o superiore (Riferimento: CEFR).

Project Engineering Manager (PEM)

• Supporto tecnico e problem solving su più progetti in parallelo, garantendo versatilità e autonomia operativa.
• Eventuale contributo allo sviluppo di soluzioni informatiche, automazione IT e software engineering (considerato un plus rilevante).

Requisiti richiesti:

• Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica o affini.
• Conoscenza del mondo farmaceutico e delle normative di settore.
• Solide basi ingegneristiche e capacità di lettura di disegni tecnici, schemi elettrici e idraulici.
• Esperienza comprovata di almeno 4/5 anni in ruoli analoghi di Project Manager/Engineering Manager in ambito industriale e automazione.
• Autonomia, versatilità e capacità di gestione di progetti multipli e clienti diversi.
• Buona conoscenza dei principali strumenti digitali e passione per l’innovazione tecnologica (informatica, software, automazione).
• Conoscenza ottima (scritta e orale) della lingua inglese.
