Reporting to : Project Execution Manager

- Report to steering committee (internal and external).
- Design communicate and implement an operational plan for completing the project.

- Identify develop and gather the resources necessary to complete the project.
- Coordinate with other areas in the organization and external suppliers to secure the project delivery.

Priority will be given to :
- Bachelors degree preferred in mechanical engineering

Lavorando all'interno del Team di Gestione dei Progetti di Integrazione e in stretta collaborazione con le altre divisioni aziendali, la risorsa sarà responsabile della gestione e dell'esecuzione dei progetti di integrazione tra gli applicativi prodotti da Ebit e i gestionali che compongono il sistema informativo dell'Azienda Sanitaria.
Supervisione e gestione di tutte le fasi del progetto di integrazione in ambito Medical IT tra i sistemi RIS/CIS/PACS di Ebit e i software gestionali del sistema informativo ospedaliero, utilizzando i principali standard di integrazione e interoperabilità in ambito sanitari:
Analisi dei flussi e dei requisiti di progetto;
Stesura e revisione delle specifiche del flusso di integrazione e dei test;
Gestione delle relazioni con terze parti e con il cliente, in sinergia con il Project Manager dell'impianto;
Configurazione ed eventuali personalizzazioni delle componenti software di integrazione;
Laurea in Informatica, Ingegneria Informatica, Ingegneria Biomedica (o titoli equipollenti) oppure esperienza equivalente;
Conoscenza approfondita dei flussi di lavoro nel settore Healthcare e delle principali integrazioni con applicazioni pertinenti (HIS, ADT, Repository, FSE, PACS), nonché degli standard di integrazione e interoperabilità sanitaria (DICOM, HL7, FHIR, CDA2, XDS) e dei profili di integrazione IHE;
Esperienza nell'utilizzo di sistemi di trasmissione messaggi (API, REST, SOAP, Web Services, Socket), con particolare attenzione alla sicurezza dei canali di comunicazione, inclusa la gestione di crittografia, autenticazione e protezione dei dati;
Conoscenza di database relazionali e linguaggio SQL;
Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
Conoscenza del middleware di integrazione Mirth Connect ed esperienza nell'utilizzo di JavaScript per personalizzazioni e trasformazioni;

To be successful in this role, you will have a
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited university or college.
- Excellent project management skills, experience with Agile methodologies is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Very good organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in an exciting environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Very good knowledge of O365 apps (at least very good at MS Excel, experience with Sharepoint, PowerApps, Forms and Flow), knowledge of systems such as Oracle ERP and Primavera P6 is advantageous.

La figura ricercata sarà inserita nel team PMO Operations con l'obiettivo di supportare la gestione del carico di lavoro, la pianificazione delle attività e l’analisi dei costi operativi e industriali. Il ruolo prevede un'interazione trasversale con diverse funzioni aziendali e un contributo attivo al miglioramento delle performance operative. Nello specifico si occuperà di:
- Monitoraggio periodico del carico di lavoro (Workload) per competenze e siti
- Identificazione di situazioni di under/overload e proposta di piani di mitigazione
- Supporto alla preparazione di documenti per Business Review, PPS Campaigns, EAC
- Analisi dei costi diretti e indiretti e verifica rispetto ai budget allocati
