• Coordinate with local authorities for permitting clarifications.
• Work with external consultants and local developers on technical aspects of authorization.
• Monitor progress against milestones and report regularly.
• Optimize technical layouts for large-scale PV plants.
• Prepare technical documentation for authorization and construction readiness.
• Manage permits during construction, ensuring compliance with regulations and permits.
• Oversee documentation and approvals during construction.
• Support acquisition of additional permits as needed.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Electrical or Civil Engineering, or related field, or 5+ years of relevant experience in solar plant development/construction.
• At least 2 years of experience in the energy market.
• Strong understanding of renewable energy and Solar PV.
• Knowledge of MV/HV grid connection regulations in Italy.
• Ability to work independently and report to EPC director.
• Willingness to travel within Italy; based in Milan.
• Fluent in Italian and English; Spanish is a plus.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and team-oriented.
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
