Partner with the best
Lead Project Planning Specialist will be collaborating with others to build the best solutions for our business. As a Project Planner, you will be responsible for project delivery, profit & loss accountability and customer satisfaction through management of project related activities and resources.
Being a Lead Project Planning Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Creating project plan, providing target dates and timing base line to involved functions, prioritizing critical tasks and constraints, making sure they are accurately integrated into project planning scenario.
- Evaluating and analyzing jointly risks and issues affecting project results and identifying actions to shorten execution and delivery leadtime
- Guaranteeing other functions have access to accurate reports and projections and relevant documents are available for the customer.
- Updating and reviewing the Project Schedule, assessing and verifying the activities progress, identifying current or future risks, and proposing solutions to mitigate them.
- Maintaining the progress & main schedule risks for each project and regularly communicate updates to his/her manager.
- Working closely with internal functions and site team, preparing when needed mitigation plan.
- Showing summary indicators such as summary schedules, forecast milestones, project KPI and prepare high level presentations for management and customer reviews.
- Keeping track of project financial milestones related to billing & sales events, preparing forecast projections and target Vs actual gap analysis.
- Monitoring fulfillment activities, certifying completeness KPIs during the project closure phase until the hand off to Site operations team.
- In case of site execution, planning and controlling site installation activities from the site opening to the final commissioning of the plant.
To be successful in this role, you will have a
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited university or college.
- Excellent project management skills, experience with Agile methodologies is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Very good organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in an exciting environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Very good knowledge of O365 apps (at least very good at MS Excel, experience with Sharepoint, PowerApps, Forms and Flow), knowledge of systems such as Oracle ERP and Primavera P6 is advantageous.
- Good knowledge/experience in Lean Six Sigma.
- Fluency in English
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Ability to influence others and lead small teams. Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact. Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously. Effective problem identification and solution skills. Proven analytical and organizational ability.

We provide customized engineering solutions for project-specific challenges, and our references include design and supply of the largest natural gas treatment plants for international transmission.
Partner with the best
You will be responsible for project planning and cost control activities, according to the Department procedures and the contractual requirement. You will define the project control monitoring system of the project, covering both scheduling and cost matters. You will report hierarchically to Manager of Project Control and functionally to the Project/Proposal Manager.
As a Project Planning & Cost Control Engineer, you will be responsible for:
Developing the project Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), baseline schedule, and critical path in alignment with the WBS.
Defining the progress measurement system for all project phases (engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, commissioning), with the related S-curves and manpower histograms).
Setting up the periodic planning reporting and performance indicators.
Updating of planning documentation (forecast schedule, forecast critical path, look-ahead, actual progress and forecast S-curves/manpower histograms).
Cooperating with the Project/Proposal Manager to identify the critical issues and the related corrective actions; cooperating with the project team for change orders/claim preparation (eg. time-impact analysis).
Preparing the project original budget (endorsing the commercial documentation) and the current budget (including change orders); managing the budget release to each department.
Defining the cost control system as per company CBS; setting up the periodic cost control reporting; updating the cost control report (forecast cost, cash-flow).
Cooperating with the project team for change orders/claim preparation (eg. extra-costs register) & with Finance and Administration department during the preparation of the periodic financial statements.
To be successful in this role you will:
Have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Economics.
Have experience in Cost Control/Planning in EPC projects in the Oil&Gas and/or plant engineering sector.
Able to fluently speak and write in English.
Be proficient in using P6 primavera.
Be very good in using Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Be able and willingness to travel when required.
Have excellent organizational and data management skills.

- Developing quarterly, monthly, and weekly procurement plans and aligning them with suppliers, considering their production capacity and market needs;
- Managing stock of finished products, conducting in-depth analyses, and developing action plans to address risks of waste or shortages;

Required Qualifications:
