Il ruolo
Sarai responsabile della gestione del patrimonio immobiliare aziendale: capannoni industriali, uffici e spazi tecnici. Ti occuperai della manutenzione , delle pratiche autorizzative , della sicurezza e di nuovi progetti di sviluppo immobiliare .
- Gestione tecnica e amministrativa degli immobili aziendali
- Coordinamento di manutenzioni ordinarie e straordinarie
- Supervisione di pratiche edilizie, catastali, autorizzazioni e SCIA
- Supporto a progetti di ampliamento e nuove realizzazioni
- Interfaccia con consulenti, fornitori, enti pubblici
- Controllo dei costi e dei budget immobiliari
- Collaborazione con l’area HSE e RSPP per aspetti normativi e di sicurezza
Chi cerchiamo
- Architetto/a iscritto/a all’Albo
- Esperienza nel ruolo, preferibilmente in contesti industriali o multisite
- Conoscenza normativa edilizia, sicurezza e prevenzione incendi
- Capacità di gestione autonoma e orientamento al risultato
- Buona padronanza di strumenti CAD e Office (BIM è un plus)
- Contratto a tempo indeterminato
- RAL indicativa tra 40.000 e 50.000 € , commisurata all’esperienza

What do we need you to do?Manage a multi-family apartment community while providing excellent customer service.
The JobOur Property Managers are responsible for:
- Establishing rapport with residents and providing personalized service
- Negotiating and enforcing leases
- Meeting all deadlines set forth by the management company/regional managers
- Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends
- Maintaining property by investigating and resolving tenant complaints; enforcing rules of occupancy; inspecting vacant units and coordinating with maintenance to complete repairs
- Attracting tenants by advertising vacancies; obtaining referrals from current tenants; explaining advantages of location and services; and showing units
- Managing leasing agents and providing clear, concise instructions on what is needed to reach daily goals
Our Property Managers should meet the following criteria:
- High School Diploma/GED required; college degree preferred
- Have a minimum of two years of experience as a Property Manager
- Have working knowledge of property management software, such as OneSite

Responsibilities- Represent Cushman & Wakefield’s property management services to clients.
- Identify and implement initiatives that create value in client portfolios.

- Build strong client and third-party relationships, always acting in their best interests.
- Maintain a client-centric approach, ensuring SLA compliance and gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and expand external networks for business opportunities.
- Manage tenant relationships, ensuring excellent service and timely resolution of issues.
- Conduct regular property and tenant space inspections.
- Maintain accurate property and lease files in line with company policy.
- Support tenant onboarding: welcome packages, rent collection procedures, insurance requirements, maintenance protocols.
- Work with the Technical Property Manager on management plans, preventive maintenance policies, and operations manuals.
- Prepare budgets, monthly/annual commercial reports, and benchmarking analysis.
- Represent landlords with tenants, officials, and contractors.
- Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs.
- Manage invoices: verification, coding, compliance with contracts, and cost reduction opportunities.
- Maintain company databases and ensure quick access to property information.
- Support the finance team with property-related questions and vendor issue resolution.
- Oversee service charges and optimize operational expenses.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and guidelines (health & safety, quality, risk, and code of conduct).
- Education : High School diploma (required), Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- Experience : 3-4 years in real estate property management or related field.
- Core Competencies :
- Strong problem-solving and proactive mindset.
- Client-focused with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Team player with effective communication (fluent English is a must).
- Technical Skills :
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
