In ottica di potenziamento del Team, siamo alla ricerca di un/a Quality Control Engineer presso la nostra sede di Arcugnano (VI) .
La figura sarà inserita nella Divisione Engineering & Operations della Business Unit Oil & Gas , dove progettiamo e realizziamo impianti per l'estrazione, il trattamento e la distribuzione del gas metano .
Come Quality Control Engineer, Le Principali Attività Saranno
- Acquisizione e comprensione specifiche tecniche del cliente;
- Redazione di documenti di controllo (PCQ);
- Supporto e verifica delle fasi di ingegneria, approvvigionamento e produzione di stazioni per il trattamento del gas naturale;
- Redazione book certificativi (es: raccogliere dati di collaudo in produzione: matricole, numeri di colata e formalizzarli su documento ufficiale);
- Gestione ispezioni da parte di Enti e Clienti: accoglienza, gestione documenti richiesti, interfaccia con la produzione per metodologie e tempistiche di collaudo;
- Controlli visivi e dimensionali sul prodotto con l’utilizzo di strumenti (calibro, metro, tester, amperometro).
Requisiti
- Esperienza pregressa di almeno 2 anni nella mansione;
- Buona comprensione dei principali documenti di Ingegneria (GA, P&I, data sheet, cataloghi tecnici, manualistica subfornitori);
- Ottima padronanza di Excel;
- Buona padronanza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata;
- Laurea Triennale o Magistrale in Ingegneria (Preferenziale ma non mandatoria);
- Proattività, attenzione al dettaglio e orientamento all'obiettivo;
E' richiesta disponibilità per brevi e sporadiche trasferte nazionali ed estere.

JOB TITLE: Drilling & Wells QA/QC Engineer
ASSIGNMENT TYPE: Residential
START DATE: September/October 2025
CONTRACT: Annually Renewable Contract
WORKING SCHEDULE: Mon-Fri 8hrs (up to 10hrs as per contract)
Responsibilities- Survey and support the Services Companies on the Drilling Support Base to establish a robust QA-QC management system that aims at eliminating the NPT.
- Define yearly objectives with the drilling manager and global orientation from OT/TL/DW/OPS/QAQC.
- Provide QAQC support to the D&W service contracts Technical Administrators to ensure: purchasing of equipment complies with CR-OT-DW-350; all PO and SO match QAQC MS; technical/quality receiving inspection of goods from vendors.
- Perform Quality Audits to vendors and Drilling contractors to assess compliance with contract requirements (in link with OT/TL/DW/OPS/QAQC).
- Define proper technical specifications for relevant storage of DW equipment, per OT/TL/DW/OPS/QAQC recommendations.
- Implement, enforce and update Service Quality Plans (SQP) as per API Q2 or similar standards and service criticality for all service contracts, in link with OT/TL/DW/OPS/QAQC.
- Promote and follow API Q2 audit plan for all service contracts (schedule, objectives).
- Set and coordinate service inspections at contractor locations, with witness by inspector crew or ad hoc inspection with OT/TL/DW/OPS/QAQC support.
- Before equipment RIG mobilization: establish a release process under DW QAQC to confirm equipment readiness (Final Released Note) from stock or from Service Contractors sites, including a waiver system under direct DM authority (approval).
- Implement, follow and update an inspection reporting system (IQ-ALL) for all proprietary equipment prepared at the base.
- Ensure NPTs are recorded in IQ-ALL, rated and converted into GRALs; register in and update an action-tracking database (IQ-ALL) using NPT tracker (IQ-NPT) and GRALs module for events and close-out of actions (NPT-related incidents, Field NCR, OFI).
- Provide support and expertise for service/equipment failure investigation (Troubleshooting, Cause Tree Analysis, etc.).
- Perform monthly reviews with each service contractor to track GRAL progress.
- Ensure all contracted services are subject to Service Scorecard and SQM.
- Track progress on all GRAL (continuous improvement) at Drilling and Wells scope.
