Specifically, when you join our Finance & Performance Management team, you will have the opportunity to work on finance transformation projects, redesigning the control, planning and reporting models of leading companies. You will join our rapidly-expanding team of young talents, which stands out for the quality and scope of its innovative projects. You will work with colleagues that provide functional advice on corporate performance management systems, assisting clients in the analysis, review of designs and processes supporting the CFO and the subsequent development of technological platforms.
Responsibilities- redefining the business performance management strategies for leading Italian and international companies, assisting the CFO in the redesign of the performance model;
- analysing and defining the new functional requirements of budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, sales and operational planning and product costing processes and implementing innovative performance management solutions;
- designing IT solutions for financial and business processes and assisting during the implementation stage, working with the main EPM tool suppliers on the market (Board);
- implementing and configuring software solutions for consolidation, e.g., Oracle, FCCS, Narrative Reporting and Account Reconciliation;
- maintaining extensive knowledge of the relevant accounting standards (US GAAP, IFRS, etc.) and ensuring compliance of consolidated financial statements;
- monitoring pre- and post-transformation performance;
- preparing functional analysis documents.

- have a master’s degree in Economics/STEM subjects;
- have 1+ years of experience in similar roles at a consulting company or firm;
- are familiar with the following: control models, budgeting and forecasting, consolidated and statutory financial statements and management accounts, financial planning;
- have an excellent knowledge of English, preferably with study/work experience abroad;
- are familiar with Board;
- are a problem solver, never lose sight of your goals, have strong interpersonal skills at work and as part of a team;

Specifically, when you join our Finance & Performance Management team, you will have the opportunity to work on finance transformation projects, redesigning the control, planning and reporting models of leading companies.
You will join our rapidly-expanding team of young talents, which stands out for the quality and scope of its innovative projects. You will work with colleagues that provide functional advice on corporate performance management systems, assisting clients in the analysis, review of designs and processes supporting the CFO and the subsequent development of technological platforms.
Specifically, you will be tasked with:
- redefining the business performance management strategies for leading Italian and international companies, assisting the CFO in the redesign of the performance model;
- analysing and defining the new functional requirements of budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, sales and operational planning and product costing processes and implementing innovative performance management solutions;
- designing IT solutions for financial and business processes and assisting during the implementation stage, working with the main EPM tool suppliers on the market (Tagetik);
- implementing and configuring software solutions for consolidation, e.g., Oracle, FCCS, Narrative Reporting and Account Reconciliation;
- maintaining extensive knowledge of the relevant accounting standards (US GAAP, IFRS, etc.) and ensuring compliance of consolidated financial statements;
- monitoring pre- and post-transformation performance;
- preparing functional analysis documents.

Siamo alla ricerca di una risorsa che sarà inserita nella Funzione Risk Management di Cherry Bank ed in particolare nell’unità rischi creditizi e finanziari e che si occuperà prevalentemente della gestione di dati propedeutici al monitoraggio continuo dei rischi di natura finanziaria (Rischio Liquidità e Rischio Tasso d’Interesse) a cui la banca risulta esposta.
Requisiti:
Di cosa ti occuperai
- Monitoraggio periodico e controllo degli indicatori di liquidità LCR (Liquidity Coverage Ratio), NSFR (Net Stable Funding Ratio) e del prospetto di Maturity Ladder (ordinaria, stressata, CBC);
- Misurazione continua dello stato di liquidità definito dal Contingency Funding Plan approvato dalla Banca (CFP);
- Monitoraggio periodico e gestione del rischio tasso della banca secondo la normativa sull’IRRBB (analisi EVE e NII statica e dinamica);
- Stesura di documenti quali ICLAP, CFP, RAF, Recovery plan. (ICLAP, CFP, RAF, Recovery Plan ecc).
- Esperienza 2 anni nella funzione Risk Management di banche o di primarie società di consulenza;
- Conoscenza del pacchetto Office (Excel e Power Point);
- Esperienza con strumenti di data presentation (i.e. Power BI, QlickView, Tableau);
- Esperienze con linguaggi di scripting, e pacchetti specifici (i.e. R, MATLAB, SAS, Python, SQL).
- Precisione, accuratezza e attenzione al dettaglio;
