• Gestire l’attività di Ricerca e Sviluppo di prodotti poliuretanici sia come intermedi che come prodotti finiti del settore CASE.
• Gestire internamente lo scale-up della produzione dei nuovi prodotti.
• Gestire le validazioni interne ed esterne dei nuovi prodotti, anche presso i clienti.
• Definire e gestire tutta la documentazione tecnica per i prodotti.
• Gestire i rapporti con i Laboratori esterni ed Enti di Certificazione per i prodotti e processi aziendali del settore CASE.
• Monitorare le normative nazionali ed internazionali del settore per l’adeguamento dei prodotti e processi.
• Interfacciarsi con i clienti per la messa a punto dei nuovi prodotti.

• Laurea in Chimica, Chimica Industriale, Ingegneria Chimica o equivalente. Esperienza di 10 / 15 anni di esperienza lavorativa in realtà produttrici e / o utilizzatrici di sistemi poliuretanici.
• Esperienza di almeno 5 / 10 anni di gestione di progetti di ricerca e sviluppo di prodotti del settore C. A. S. E.
• Provata conoscenza dei processi di produzione ed utilizzo dei sistemi poliuretanici.
• Capacità di coordinamento di progetti multidisciplinari.
• Competenza tecnica ed organizzativa per assegnare priorità e dirigere le attività del team.
• Atteggiamento volto al continuo miglioramento dei prodotti e dei processi.
• Disponibilità a trasferte Italia Estero (EU E NON EU).

The Junior R&D Developer reports hierarchically to the Development Manager. Supports research projects focused on Polypropylene and/or Technopolymers compounding by working in team with R&D department. Deals with product industrialization, following material transition from pilot lines to production plant. Makes detailed observations, performs special laboratory analysis and interprets results. Prepares technical reports and quantitative & qualitative analysis related to the project.

Main Activities:

• Modification of existing product;
• Optimization of products and process;
• New product specifications definition;
• Specialist laboratory analysis.

Requirements of the position:

• Master's degree in Chemical;
• 0-3 years of experience;
• Good English language skills, both writing and speaking;
• Good knowledge of Office, especially Excel;
• Good knowledge of polymers and polymers processing particularly considering PP and its composites;
• Knowledge of the most common instruments used for polymers characterization: analytical tests (IR, DSC, DMA, …) and mechanical tests (preferable);
• Basics of polymer molding: injection molding, extrusion, blow molding (preferable);
• Knowledge of most common ISO norms related to polymer characterization (preferable).

The Scientist in R&D Pianezze has the primary responsibility for conducting research tasks coordinated by more experienced scientists and manager.

• Conducting and analyzing experiments on new SB PSA adhesives to determine and evaluate their chemical and physical properties and to investigate their applications to industry. Carrying out experiments to improve upon or to duplicate finish goods or new raw materials engaging in research to identify new methods of processing or production.
• Apply scientific theories, concepts and techniques learned during studies and working period to articulate results and their meaning with reproducible data.
• Completing basic projects independently, drawing conclusions with guidance from experts and supervisor.
• Support local production helping with guidance and implementation of new-innovative processes.
• Identifying and developing solutions to problems where causal relationships can be identified and some precedence may exist.
• Documenting test results and making process improvement recommendations.
• Documenting project updates and executing projects using project management methodologies.
• Fulfilling responsibilities as required by the Quality System for the site/business unit.
• Working in a safe and efficient manner.

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering

R&D Cost Controller

per supportare le operazioni manifatturiere globali, con un focus su analisi dei costi, attività finanziarie R&D, gestione commesse e progetti finanziati esternamente.

Responsabilità principali

• Registrare e analizzare accuratamente ricavi, costi di produzione, overhead e scostamenti nelle operazioni manifatturiere internazionali.
• Preparare report finanziari mensili e trimestrali, inclusi Conti Economici, report per centri di costo e dashboard KPI per stakeholder internazionali.
• Supportare le attività di chiusura mensile e di fine anno e garantire la corretta manutenzione dei conti contabili generali in diverse regioni.

• Monitorare e allocare le spese R&D per progetto, dipartimento e fonte di finanziamento, incluse attività R&D transfrontaliere.
• Lavorare sul Controlling di Commessa

Requisiti:

• Laurea in Economia, Contabilità o Ingegneria Gestionale.
• 3–6 anni di esperienza finanziaria in contesti manifatturieri
• Esperienza in controllo di gestione legato alle commesse
• Esperienza in Project Controlling
