Descrizione del ruolo : La risorsa, professionista con esperienza consolidata (5-7 anni) nel settore delle energie rinnovabili, con focus in ambito fotovoltaico, sarà inserita in un team e seguirà un programma di formazione trasversale per sviluppare ulteriori competenze tecniche e scientifiche. Si occuperà di sviluppare progetti legati al fotovoltaico, con particolare attenzione alla progettazione, analisi economico-finanziaria, gestione dei progetti, manutenzione e monitoraggio, ricerca e sviluppo, e normative di settore.

Responsabilità principali :

1. Progettazione impianti fotovoltaici: sviluppo di soluzioni tecniche, dimensionamento, configurazione e orientamento degli impianti.
2. Analisi tecnico-economica: valutazione della fattibilità, analisi dei costi e dei ritorni economici.
3. Gestione progetti: coordinamento delle attività di installazione e messa in funzione.
4. Manutenzione e monitoraggio: sorveglianza e interventi di manutenzione con tecnologie all’avanguardia come droni e IA.
5. Ricerca e sviluppo: studio di nuove tecnologie e materiali.
6. Normative e permessi: gestione delle pratiche normative e permessi necessari.

Requisiti :

• Formazione: Laurea in Ingegneria Elettrica, Elettronica, Energetica o affini, o diploma di perito elettrico con specializzazione in energie rinnovabili.
• Esperienza: 5-7 anni nel settore fotovoltaico o energie rinnovabili, preferibilmente in studi tecnici, EPC contractor, utility, o società di ingegneria.
• Competenze tecniche: conoscenza dei sistemi fotovoltaici, tecnologie di conversione dell’energia solare, normative di settore e vendita energia.
• Capacità analitiche: analisi dati e progettazione impianti.
• Gestione progetto: pianificazione, organizzazione e leadership.
• Software: AutoCAD, PV syst, BIM Revit o similari.
• Lingue: inglese tecnico.
