Key Responsibilities
- Design, conduct, and optimize in vivo experiments, including rodent disease models (e.g., autoimmunity, oncology, metabolic or neuromuscular models depending on project focus)
- Execute compound dosing via multiple administration routes such as SC, IV, IP, PO, etc., along with blood/tissue collection, perfusion, and organ harvesting
- Analyze pharmacokinetics (PK), pharmacodynamics (PD), and efficacy endpoints; participate in ex‐vivo assays including flow cytometry, ELISA, western blot, or imaging
- Prepare comprehensive study reports, maintain accurate experimental records, and present findings to internal teams or at scientific forums
- Ensure strict compliance with ethical, institutional, and regulatory standards (e.g., IACUC protocols, GLP, local animal welfare guidelines)
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Biology, Pharmacology, Biomedical Sciences, Molecular Biology, Immunology, or a related field.
- Experience: 2–6 years of relevant in vivo research in academic or industry settings, with demonstrated proficiency in rodent handling and experimental procedures.
- Familiarity with advanced in vivo technologies such as imaging (e.g., IVIS, CT), gait analysis, or musculoskeletal assessments is a bonus
- Strong skills in data analysis, experimental troubleshooting, and a collaborative mindset. Experienced in preparing documentation such as study protocols and ethics submissions.
