RESPONSABILITÀ
Supporto allo STAFF del ristorante
Utilizzare gli strumenti aziendali specifici, gestisce efficacemente i livelli dell’organico e il recruiting, assicurando che il ristorante sia “staffato” al meglio in ogni momento. Usare attivamente il sistema e gli strumenti di recruitment per operare una selezione del personale in linea con le policy aziendali.
Seguire rigorosamente le normative di legge in merito all’assunzione del personale - visti, licenze, etc.
Completare il processo di recruiting assicurandosi che i nuovi assunti abbiano riconsegnato ogni pratica importante prima che inizino il loro rapporto lavorativo con l’azienda.
Gestire proattivamente e sovraintendere la formazione di tutti i nuovi assunti attraverso l’implementazione di un programma specifico.
Mantenere aggiornati i dossier del personale e tenere traccia della formazione di tutti i dipendenti.
Sviluppare i talenti dei membri e dei manager del team, assicurando continuità della crescita interna.
Pianificare e incoraggiare regolari meeting del Management e del Team. I meeting dovrebbero essere informativi, interattivi, incentrati sul business e seguiti da follow up.
Gestire proattivamente e coerentemente ogni problemantica relazionale tra gli impiegati che avvenga all’interno del ristorante.
Monitorare l’assenteismo, intraprendendo eventuali azioni in linea con le policy aziendali. Pianificazione ferie conforme alle necessità del ristorante.
Infondere una cultura di performance lavorative di alto livello. Usare strumenti aziendali per il miglioramento delle persone che si reputano non soddisfino i livelli attesi.

Assicurarsi che tutti i dipendenti siano perfettamente istruiti riguardo alle procedure antincendio, salute e sicurezza, igiene alimentare, sorveglianza e furti.
Supervisionare che le normative di sicurezza siano rigorosamente rispettate al fine di garantire in ogni momento la sicurezza delle persone, delle scorte, delle attrezzature e del denaro.
Orientamento al cliente
Creare un ambiente che possa essere sempre di massimo gradimento per le varie tipologie di clienti di KFC.
Portare a termine con successo le valutazione periodiche condotte dall’azienda - HACCP, Food Safety, Helath and Safety, etc; intraprendere azioni finalizzate ad assicurare la risoluzione di eventuali problematiche, concludendo i processi per tempo.
Esaminare regolarmente i report statistici, sviluppare e comunicare un piano periodico di miglioramento e/o monitoraggio, usando gli strumenti più adatti a garantire che il ristorante stia concretamente raggiungendo gli standard richiesti.
Organizzare periodicamente incontri con lo staff per valutare rischi/opportunità operativi del ristorante. Sviluppare e trasmettere a tutto il personale un piano di azione per generare miglioramenti consistenti.
Seguire consistentemente gli sviluppi di ogni tematica derivante dalle verifiche istituzionali, seguendo il programma al fine di garantire che ogni azione venga intrapresa tempisticamente.
Usare gli strumenti aziendali e i report a disposizione, in modo tale che il negozio fornisca concretamente un servizio al consumatore di livello eccellente (es. gestione degli orari di punta, gold standards).

Nusr-Et is actively seeking a talented and dynamic individual to join our team in the capacity of a Restaurant General Manager (Milan). This exciting opportunity is tailor-made for a high-performing professional who possesses a passion for excellence and a penchant for driving organizational growth. As a key member of our team, the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of food, service, health & safety, ensuring the efficient and profitable business performance of the restaurant and the optimal utilisation of staff and resources. What do we look for?
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant departments
- Minimum 15 years of experience in restaurant management, ideally within a fast-paced environment such as restaurants, hospitality or food & beverage services
- Demonstrated expertise in managing high-performing hospitality venues
- Exemplary leadership and decision-making skills, emphasizing team growth and development.
- A strategic approach to operations with a strong understanding of financial management and business development
- Outstanding communication abilities, fostering strong relationships with guests, suppliers, and staff
- A deep passion for food, beverages, and hospitality, with a sharp focus on quality and precision
- Multitasking and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Fluency in Italian and English is required
What will you work on?
- Ensure strict adherence to Nusr-Et’s service standards, from food presentation to guest interaction
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and an exceptional guest experience
- Have a strong and dynamic presence on the floor Front of House and lead by example in every aspect of service and operations
- Ensure financial performance, managing budgets, controlling costs, and optimizing profitability
- Comply with laws and other legal requirements. Always be informed of any changes influencing the business
- Drive recruitment, training, and performance management to build a highly skilled team.
- Lead and develop the team including FOH and BOH, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement
- Work closely with the marketing team to drive footfall, revenue growth and enhance brand awareness
- Constantly monitor and check guest satisfaction to ensure customer experience is delivered to the highest standards
- Implement and maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health & safety across all departments and areas of the restaurant
- Manage stock levels, supplier relationships, and inventory control to minimize waste and maintain efficiency
- Communicate with suppliers and contracts to meet all required deadlines and deals in required timescale
- Act as the key liaison between the restaurant and senior management, ensuring clear communication and goal alignment
