• gestione e sviluppo dell’ambiente Qlik aziendale, includendo la realizzazione di processi ETL, la scrittura di codice Qlik Sense e la progettazione di dashboard interattive
• attività di cybersecurity applicata alle tecnologie biomediche, con attenzione alla protezione dei dati e alla conformità agli standard di sicurezza
• collaborazione con l’Ufficio IT nello sviluppo di progetti aziendali volti al miglioramento dei processi interni e alla realizzazione di soluzioni verticali in ambito sanitario
• predisposizione di documentazione tecnica per gare d’appalto e attività commerciali
• iniziative di Partenariato Pubblico-Privato e progetti di sviluppo tecnologico in ambito sanitario

Laurea magistrale in discipline ingegneristiche.

Almeno 3 anni di esperienza in progettazione di servizi o ingegneria clinica.

Conoscenza operativa di Qlik Sense (ETL, scripting e data visualization).

Competenze in materia di cybersecurity, preferibilmente applicate al settore biomedicale.

Buona conoscenza dell’inglese (livello B2) e padronanza del pacchetto Office.

Capacità di lettura della documentazione tecnica e attitudine alla gestione di attività complesse.

• Gestione della manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria degli immobili, interfacciandosi con le ditte esterne
• Gestione di ristrutturazioni e modifiche di carattere edilizio e strutturale

• Controllo della contabilità di cantiere

The Building Maintenance Technician will work in close collaboration with the team responsible for technical management, within the Technical Office of the Project, and will report directly to the Hospital Manager and functionally to the Technical Division of EMERGENCY (HQ Milan).

The collaboration consists in the performance of the following activities at the “ Salam” Centre for Cardiac Surgery in Khartoum and other EMERGENCY Paediatric Centres in Sudan .

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure maintenance of buildings in hospital and residential environments;
• Ensure adherence to the maintenance schedule shared with the Technical Division;
• Manage defects and maintain facilities;
• Ensure the presence of up-to-date technical documentation within his / her area of responsibility;
• Ensure safe working conditions for the teams under his / her own lead;
• Manage material orders and service contracts by area of competence in close collaboration with the Hospital Manager and the Technical Division;
• Manage technical warehouses with attention and share managerial work with the Hospital Manager;
• Contribute to the professional training of maintenance technicians;
• Carry out the building of new structures, adaptations and constructions according to the needs of the project, in collaboration with the Hospital Manager and the Technical Division;
• Guarantee availability for short missions in other EMERGENCY projects in case of need;
• Follow all the necessary activities for the success of the project;

The Arizona Department of Corrections, Rehabilitation & Reentry (ADCRR) is seeking a reliable Building Maintenance Specialist. In this role, you'll handle preventive maintenance and various facility duties at Arizona State Prison Complex - Eyman, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and kitchen equipment repairs. You'll plan and schedule projects, complete documentation, ensure tools are in working order, supervise inmate workers, attend meetings and training sessions, and perform other assigned duties. Job Duties

• Schedules and plans maintenance-related projects to include pricing, material list, equipment, and needs
• Completes related documentation as required by policy and as directed by supervisor
