ADDETTO/A VENDITE
La risorsa si occuperà di vendita e supporto al cliente, allestimento vetrine e sistemazione capi.
Si richiede esperienza nel settore retail e conoscenza della lingua inglese.
Orario 30 ore settimanali nella fascia oraria 10-22 dal lunedì alla domenica con 1 giorno di riposo settimanale.
Contratto a tempo determinato in somministrazione dal 11/11 al 22/12.

Opportunity:
To support the growth of our retail presence, we are currently looking for a Brand Ambassador who is passionate about high-end cosmetics and fragrances, and eager to develop their skills in a refined and customer-focused environment.
This role requires a dynamic, sales-driven, and detail-oriented individual who can embrace the values and aesthetics of our niche brands. The ideal candidate will combine excellent commercial skills with strong leadership capabilities to guide the team in achieving business goals while delivering a memorable customer journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Embrace the Brands Experience and follow training guidelines and standards to reflect the brands standards and image;
- Consistently meet individual sales goals;
- Provide excellent customer service skills, great selling skills and exhibit motivation to succeed;
- Follow company policies, procedures and use visual techniques to maintain the visual standards;
- Monitor KPI through specific analysis, reporting to the Manager.
Competences:
Ideally, the person we are looking for this position should possess:
- A minimum of 1/2 years on sales, preferably in a beauty retail environment;
- Italian and English Fluent are a must, other foreign languages is a plus;
- Willing to work in and promote a team-oriented environment;
- Excellent interpersonal skills required to ensure clear, effective communication with all management and staff;
- Must be results driven and flexible to change;
- Proven experience in driving sales and meeting sales targets, preferably if niche environments;
- Excellent customer service level;
- Strong clienteling background.

What You’ll Do
Customer Experience & Sales
- Welcome customers with elegance, representing the Brand
- Guide clients through the Dr. Vranjes olfactory journey using storytelling and product expertise
- Ensure an exceptional Client experience, placing the Client first and fostering valuable relationships
- Proactively maximize cross-selling opportunities by leveraging the full range of products available in-store.
- Provide personalized recommendations and sensory experiences
- Enhance brand loyalty by transforming every client visit into a memorable luxury shopping experience
- Handle requests and feedback professionally, aligned with luxury service standards
Sales Performance & Business Development
- Achieve and exceed sales targets
- Engage in clienteling activities to strengthen client connections
- Support and participate to in-store events to boost visibility and sales
- Collaborate with the team to monitor KPIs (ATV, UPT, conversion rate…)
Boutique Operations & Visual Merchandising
- Ensure impeccable visual standards and brand image in the store
- Manage stock levels, product replenishment, and back-of-house organization
- Execute all operational and stock management activities—including inventory, logistics, cash handling, and reporting—in strict accordance with company policies and head office guidelines.
What We’re Looking For
Experience & Skills
- At least 1–2 years of experience in high-end retail, preferably in Fragrance/ Beauty/ Luxury Retail Experience
- Strong communication skills in Italian and English; other foreign language skills are a plus
- Confidence in using digital tools and POS systems

- High level of flexibility and ability to problem solve
