- Conduct pre-placement, periodic, and return-to-work medical evaluations per Italian legislation (D.Lgs. 81 / 08).
- Perform workplace risk assessments and develop surveillance protocols.
- Provide case management for occupational injuries and illnesses within 24 hours of incident reporting.
- Deliver training, education, and occupational health guidance to staff.
- Submit required reports, including injury logs, workplace risk evaluations, and monthly workload statistics.
- Participate in Medical Quality Improvement Programs and Occupational Safety and Health meetings.
- Maintain all medical records in compliance with privacy, legal, and Navy standards.
