JUNIOR SALES ACCOUNTING (Art. 1)La risorsa sarà di supporto all’attività di Pricing e Revenue Management, alla fatturazione (ciclo attivo: ordini di vendita, documenti contabili, supporto all’emissione fatture; recupero crediti) e di supporto al Sales Control (attività di budgeting e dati per reportistica di controllo).
Nello specifico, le responsabilità assegnate saranno:
- Supporto alle attività di Pricing
- Supporto alle attività di Revenue Management
- Attività di budgeting
- Allineamento con Customer Manager in ottica di creazione Ordini di Vendita (Ciclo Attivo)
- Verifica inserimento dati amministrativi
- Alimentazione dati per reportistica di controllo dei fatturati del Business Media
- Creazione degli Ordini di Vendita su SAP (Ciclo Attivo) e registrazione documenti contabili
- Coordinamento con Amministrazione per emissione fatture
- Supporto per cambio intestazione, note di credito e riconciliazione fatture-P.O.
- Gestione documentazione per PA (controllo / invio / caricamento lettere PA)
- Applicare procedure per verifica pagamenti
- Recupero Crediti (primo sollecito supporto SAP) e procedure di sollecito contenziosi
- Coordinamento con INCOME e Legal per crediti incagliati e piani di rientro
- Conoscenza delle tematiche contrattuali per valutare e verificare con i referenti interni eventuali richieste difformi rispetto agli standard
La persona ricercata dovrà possedere i seguenti requisiti:
- Laurea triennale ad indirizzo economico-aziendale
- 2 anni di esperienza
- Provenienza da società commerciali con un ruolo contabile e di interfaccia con la direzione Commerciale e quella Finanziaria
- Buone conoscenze base di economia aziendale e contabilità analitica, dimestichezza con le attività di budgeting, inoltre, deve possedere un’ottima conoscenza dei sistemi informatici, in particolare saper utilizzare software ERP, Excel e software di contabilità
- Sono inoltre richieste:
- Capacità Organizzative di pianificazione
- Precisione, serietà, puntualità e affidabilità
- Problem Solving
- Buona padronanza dell’inglese, specialmente dei termini tecnici necessari per utilizzare tutti gli strumenti

based in our Office in Milan
Your mission :
- Financial accounting for our Milan Office, include payment, working capital, cash controls and inter-company reconciliation
- Provide day to day leadership across the processing, reporting and month end closing activities for Invoice Processing, Payment Processing and Travel & Expense Processing.
- Manage the monthly financial close process, including ensuring all costs incurred are properly recorded, account balance reconciliations and report preparation
- Report accurate, timely and insightful monthly management accounts and financial updates for management review
- Collaborate with the other finance department managers to support overall department goals and objectives
- Collaborate with tax advisors and legal counsels to ensure successful tax returns and compliance
- Analyze contracts with clients, establish and maintain a process to monitor and report revenue. Insure accuracy and timeliness of reporting revenue
- Prepare summary feedback of financial statements variances to budget
- Actively review and advise on financial / accounting processes
- Minimum experience of 2+ years in accounting or related fields
- Fluent in Italian, good in English
- Strong Knowledge in local GAAP, VAT knowledge
- Strong research ability, detail-oriented, and excellent communication skills
- Highly motivated, able to multi-task and work independently under deadline
